فالاستبصار التكنولوجي، الذي يعزز إدارة التكنولوجيا بغية تحسين القدرة التنافسية ويقدّم مدخلات لصوغ سياسات عامة واستراتيجيات في مجال التكنولوجيا المستدامة، هو أداة مفيدة في التخطيط واتخاذ القرارات.
