(b) Where both husband and wife are employed by the United Nations, an unused portion of maternity leave to which the mother would otherwise have been entitled under paragraph (a) above or under staff rule 106.3 (a) may be used as paternity leave by the father of the child, under conditions established by the Secretary-General.

(g) Where both husband and wife are staff members and each is entitled to removal of personal effects and household goods under this rule or to unaccompanied shipment under rule 107.21, and taking into account rule 104.10 (d), the maximum entitlement to removal at United Nations expense for both spouses shall be that provided for a staff member with a spouse or dependent child residing at the official duty station.

(d) Where both husband and wife are staff members and each is entitled to removal of personal effects and household goods or to unaccompanied shipment under subparagraph 3(c) above, the maximum weight or volume that may be removed at the Organization's expense for both of them shall be that provided for a staff member with a spouse or dependent child residing at the official duty station.
(د) إذا كان كل من الزوج والزوجة موظفاً ولكل منهما الحق في نقل الأمتعة الشخصية واللوازم المنزلية أو في الشحنات غير المصحوبة بموجب الفقرة الفرعية 3 (ج) أعلاه، يكون الحد الأقصى لوزن أو حجم الأمتعة التي يمكن نقلها على نفقة المنظمة لكليهما هو الحد المسموح به للموظف الذي له زوج أو ولد معال يقيم في مكان مركز العمل الرسمي.

(k) Where both husband and wife are staff members and each is entitled, on separation, to payment of a repatriation grant, and taking into account rule 104.10 (d), payment shall be made to each, at single rates, according to their respective entitlements, provided that, where dependent children are recognized, the first parent to be separated may claim payment at the rate applicable to a staff member with a spouse or dependent child.
