Expresses deep concern over any activities which may be carried out by certain Governmental and Nongovernmental Organizations which are supported by governments that use them to attack OIC Member States for political purposes and to further their foreign policy objectives in international forums.
9 - يعرب عن قلقه العميق إزاء أية أنشطة يمكن أن تقوم بها بعض المنظمات الحكومية وغير الحكومية التي تدعمها حكومات تستخدمها لمهاجمة الدول الأعضاء في منظمة المؤتمر الإسلامي لأغراض سياسية ولتحقيق أهداف سياستها الخارجية في المحافل الدولية.

Reaffirms its concern about any activities aimed at the exploitation of the natural resources that are the heritage of the peoples of the Non-Self-Governing Territories, including the indigenous populations, in the Caribbean, the Pacific and other regions, and of their human resources, to the detriment of their interests, and in such a way as to deprive them of their right to dispose of those resources;
تؤكد من جديد شعورها بالقلق إزاء أية أنشطة ترمي إلى استغلال الموارد الطبيعية التي هي من تراث شعوب الأقاليم غير المتمتعة بالحكم الذاتي، بمن فيها السكان الأصليون، في منطقة البحر الكاريبي، والمحيط الهادئ، والمناطق الأخرى، وكذلك مواردها البشرية، على نحو يضر بمصالحها، وبطريقة تحرمها من حقها في التصرف بهذه الموارد؛
