That delegation was of the view that the continued work being undertaken by the Scientific and Technical Subcommittee was important for developing an international consensus on a technically based framework for applications of nuclear power sources in outer space.

The Committee noted that the Working Group had considered the results of the work of the Joint Expert Group of the Scientific and Technical Subcommittee and the International Atomic Energy Agency in the development of an international technically based framework of goals and recommendations for the safety of planned and currently foreseeable NPS applications in outer space.
ولاحظت اللجنة أن الفريق العامل نظر في النتائج التي أحرزها فريق الخبراء المشترك بين اللجنة الفرعية العلمية والتقنية والوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية في وضع إطار تقني دولي للأهداف والتوصيات المتعلقة بعنصر الأمان في تطبيقات مصادر القدرة النووية في الفضاء الخارجي المخطط لها والمرتقبة حاليا.

It is proposed to establish a basic technical framework which should be continuously enhanced through joint efforts of all interested participants.

The Committee also noted with satisfaction that the Working Group had made significant progress and had carried out successful and detailed work in identifying and developing potential implementation options for establishing an international technically based framework of goals and recommendations for the safety of planned and currently foreseeable space nuclear power source applications.
ولاحظت اللجنة أيضا بارتياح أن الفريق العامل أحرز تقدما كبيرا وقام بأعمال ناجحة وتفصيلية في وضع وتطوير خيارات التنفيذ الممكنة لوضع إطار تقني دولي من الأهداف والتوصيات لسلامة التطبيقات الفضائية المعتزمة والممكن التنبؤ بها حاليا لمصادر القدرة النووية.

The Committee also noted with satisfaction that the Working Group had made significant progress and had carried out successful and detailed work in identifying and developing potential implementation options for establishing an international technically based framework of goals and recommendations for the safety of planned and currently foreseeable space nuclear power source applications.
ولاحظت اللجنة بارتياح أيضا أن الفريق العامل قد أحرز تقدّما كبيرا وقام بعمل ناجح ومفصَّل في تبيّن وصوغ خيارات تنفيذية محتملة من أجل وضع إطار تقني دولي للأهداف والتوصيات المتعلقة بأمان تطبيقات مصادر القدرة النووية في الفضاء الخارجي المخطط لها والمرتقبة حاليا.

The Subcommittee noted with satisfaction the excellent progress made during the intersessional period by the Working Group, in accordance with the multi-year work plan, on the development of potential implementation options for establishing an international technically based framework of goals and recommendations for the safety of planned and currently foreseeable space NPS applications.
119- ولاحظت اللجنة الفرعية بارتياح ما أحرزه الفريق العامل أثناء الفترة ما بين الدورتين، وفقا لخطة العمل المتعدّدة السنوات، من تقدّم ممتاز في صوغ خيارات تنفيذية محتملة لوضع إطار تقني دولي للأهداف والتوصيات المتعلقة بأمان تطبيقات مصادر الطاقة النووية في الفضاء الخارجي المخطط لها والمرتقبة حاليا.

Some delegations expressed the view that the work being carried out by the Scientific and Technical Subcommittee was important for the development of an international consensus on a technically based framework for the safe use of nuclear power source applications in outer space.
74- وأعرب بعض الوفود عن رأي مفاده أن العمل الذي تضطلع به اللجنة الفرعية العلمية والتقنية حاليا هام للتوصل إلى توافق دولي في الآراء بشأن إطار تقني يكفل الاستخدام المأمون لتطبيقات مصادر القدرة النووية في الفضاء الخارجي.

The view was expressed that the work on the above matter being carried out by the Scientific and Technical Subcommittee was important for the development of an international consensus on a technically based framework for the safe use of nuclear power source applications in outer space.
62- وأُعرب عن رأي مفاده أن العمل الذي تضطلع به اللجنة الفرعية العلمية والتقنية حاليا بشأن المسألة الآنفة الذكر هام للتوصل إلى توافق دولي في الآراء بشأن إطار تقني يكفل الاستخدام الآمن لتطبيقات مصادر القدرة النووية في الفضاء الخارجي.

The Subcommittee agreed that continued effort towards the establishing of an international technically based framework of goals and recommendations for the safety of planned and currently foreseeable nuclear power source applications in outer space should be encouraged.
119- واتفقت اللجنة الفرعية على أنه ينبغي تشجيع الجهود المستمرة الرامية إلى إنشاء إطار تقني دولي للأهداف والتوصيات المتعلقة بأمان تطبيقات مصادر القدرة النووية في الفضاء الخارجي المخطط لها والمرتقبة حاليا.

Since 2003, IAEA has participated in the work of the Scientific and Technical Subcommittee of the Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space on developing the objectives, scope and attributes of an international technically based framework of goals and recommendations for the safety of planned and currently foreseeable space nuclear power source (NPS) applications in outer space.
59- ومنذ عام 2003، شاركت الوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية في عمل اللجنة الفرعية العلمية والتقنية التابعة للجنة استخدام الفضاء الخارجي في الأغراض السلمية على وضع إطار تقني دولي للأهداف والتوصيات المتعلقة بأمان تطبيقات مصادر القدرة النووية في الفضاء المخطط لها والمرتقبة حاليا ونطاق ذلك الإطار وسماته.

The Legal Subcommittee noted with satisfaction the progress made by the Scientific and Technical Subcommittee at its forty-fourth session in developing the objectives, scope and attributes of an international, technically based framework of goals and recommendations for the safety of nuclear power source applications in outer space.

The Working Group had before it a working paper submitted by Argentina, France, the Russian Federation, the United Kingdom and the United States of America, entitled " Proposed work plan for developing an international technically based framework of goals and recommendations for the safety of nuclear power source applications in outer space " (A/AC.105/C.1/L.261).
3- وكان معروضا على الفريق العامل ورقة عمل مقدمة من الاتحاد الروسي والأرجنتين وفرنسا والمملكة المتحدة والولايات المتحدة الأمريكية بعنوان " خطة عمل مقترحة لوضع إطار تقني دولي للأهداف والتوصيات المتعلقة بأمان تطبيقات مصادر القدرة النووية في الفضاء الخارجي " (A/AC.105/C.1/L.261).

We look forward to a constructive Group that will help to set some of the parameters for a treaty, including the development of a solid technical framework to support key elements of the future treaty.

23. It is proposed to establish a basic technical framework for the GTPNet, which should be continuously enhanced through joint efforts of all interested participants.
23- ويُقترح إنشاء إطار تقني أساسي للشبكة العالمية للنقاط التجارية يتم تعزيزه باستمرار بالجهود المشتركة لجميع المشاركين المهتمين بالأمر.

Inter-agency consultations, as part of the WHO Commission on Information and Accountability, have been organized in all regions to address the need for widespread institutionalization of maternal mortality and morbidity surveillance and response systems, and a technical framework to support countries in the implementation of the maternal death surveillance and response was developed and published in 2013.
وتُنظَّم في جميع المناطق مشاورات مشتركة بين الوكالات، كجزء من أعمال اللجنة المعنية بالإعلام والمساءلة التابعة لمنظمة الصحة العالمية، وذلك لتلبية الحاجة إلى إضفاء الطابع المؤسسي على نطاق واسع على نُظم مراقبة الوفيات والأمراض النفاسية والتصدي لها()، ووضع إطار تقني لدعم البلدان في تنفيذ مراقبة الوفيات النفاسية والتصدي لها ونُشر في عام 2013().
