III. Recent activities with regard to the return of Kuwaiti property

The Coordinator stressed, however, that despite these encouraging developments, the return of the Kuwaiti property remained incomplete, because documents from the Amiri Diwan and the Council of Ministers, to which Kuwait attached far greater importance, were still missing.
