Emphasizes that the restructuring of the Secretariat should be carried out in accordance with the guidance given by the General Assembly, as well as by the Regulations and Rules Governing Programme Planning, the Programme Aspects of the Budget, the Monitoring of Implementation and the Methods of Evaluation and the Financial Regulations and Rules;

١٩ - تطلب أيضا إلى اﻷمين العام أن يقوم بما يلي لدى تنفيذ إعادة تشكيل هيكل اﻷمانة العامة ولدى إعداد ميزانيته البرنامجية المقترحة لفترة السنتين ١٩٩٤-١٩٩٥ استنادا إلى أسس من بينها أحكام قرار الجمعية العامة ٤٧/٢١٣:

39C.1 Section 39C was established effective 1 April 1993 in the context of the second phase of the restructuring of the Secretariat for the purpose of identifying the activities and resources of the Department for Development Support and Management Services.

In view of the fact that the restructuring of the Secretariat is still continuing, as indicated by the Secretary-General in his statement to the Fifth Committee 2/, the Advisory Committee recommends that consideration of this issue by the General Assembly should be deferred until the process has been completed.
