Reaffirming that access to safe and clean water for personal and domestic use, as well as sanitation and nutrition, has a fundamental impact on the realization of the right of everyone to the enjoyment of the highest attainable standard of physical and mental health,
وإذ يؤكد من جديد أن الوصول إلى المياه المأمونة والنقية لأغراض الاستعمال الشخصي والمنزلي وإلى مرافق الصرف الصحي والحصول على التغذية، أمر له تأثير أساسي على إعمال حق كل إنسان في التمتع بأعلى مستوى ممكن من الصحة البدنية والعقلية،

To gather, request, receive and exchange information from all relevant sources, including Governments, intergovernmental organizations and nongovernmental organizations, on the realization of the right of everyone to the enjoyment of the highest attainable standard of physical and mental health;
`1` جمع والتماس وتلقي وتبادل المعلومات من كافة المصادر ذات الصلة، بما فيها الحكومات والمنظمات الحكومية الدولية والمنظمات غير الحكومية، عن إعمال حق كل إنسان في التمتع بأعلى مستوى من الصحة البدنية والعقلية يمكن بلوغه؛

(i) To gather, request, receive and exchange information from all relevant sources, including Governments, intergovernmental organizations and non-governmental organizations, on the realization of the right of everyone to the enjoyment of the highest attainable standard of physical and mental health;
`1 ' جمع والتماس وتلقي وتبادل المعلومات من كافة المصادر ذات الصلة، بما فيها الحكومات والمنظمات الحكومية الدولية والمنظمات غير الحكومية، عن إعمال حق كل إنسان في التمتع بأعلى مستوى من الصحة البدنية والعقلية يمكن بلوغه؛

Recalling Human Rights Council resolutions 6/29 of 14 December 2007 and 15/22 of 30 September 2010, and all previous resolutions of the Commission on Human Rights and the Council on the realization of the right of everyone to the enjoyment of the highest attainable standard of physical and mental health,
وإذ يشير إلى قراري مجلس حقوق الإنسان 6/29 المؤرخ 14 كانون الأول/ ديسمبر 2007 و15/22 المؤرخ 30 أيلول/سبتمبر 2010، وجميع القرارات السابقة الصادرة عن لجنة حقوق الإنسان وعن المجلس بشأن إعمال حق كل إنسان في التمتع بأعلى مستوى ممكن من الصحة البدنية والعقلية،

(f) To continue to pay due attention to the rights of persons with disabilities in the context of the realization of the right of everyone to the enjoyment of the highest attainable standard of physical and mental health;
(و) أن يواصل إيلاء الاهتمام الواجب لحقوق الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة في سياق إعمال حق كل إنسان في التمتع بأعلى مستوى ممكن من الصحة البدنية والعقلية؛

(k) To continue to explore the issue of strengthening health systems as a contribution to the realization of the right of everyone to the highest attainable standard of physical and mental health;
(ك) أن يواصل استطلاع مسألة تعزيز نظم الصحة كمساهمة في إعمال حق كل إنسان في التمتع بأعلى مستوى ممكن من الصحة البدنية والعقلية؛

38. Ms. Hosking (South Africa) said that the principle of non-discrimination was at the core of accessibility, availability and quality in ensuring the realization of the right of everyone to the highest standard of physical and mental health.
38 - السيدة هوسكنغ (جنوب أفريقيا): قالت إن مبدأ عدم التمييز يقع في صميم إمكانية الوصول إلى الحدمات وتوافر هذه الخدمات وجودتها، وذلك في سياق إعمال حق كل إنسان في التمتع بأعلى مستوى ممكن من الصحة البدنية والصحة العقلية.

(أ) أن يقوم بجمع والتماس وتلقي وتبادل المعلومات من كافة المصادر ذات الصلة، بما فيها الحكومات والمنظمات الحكومية الدولية والمنظمات غير الحكومية، عن إعمال حق كل إنسان في التمتع بأعلى مستوى من الصحة البدنية والعقلية يمكن بلوغه؛

(e) To continue to apply a gender perspective in his work and to pay special attention to the issue of maternal mortality and morbidity and to the needs of children and vulnerable and marginalized groups in the realization of the right of everyone to the enjoyment of the highest attainable standard of physical and mental health;
(ﻫ) أن يواصل تطبيق منظور جنساني في عمله وأن يولي اهتماماً خاصاً لمسألة الوفيات والأمراض النفاسية، ولاحتياجات الأطفال والفئات الضعيفة والمهمشة في سياق إعمال حق كل إنسان في التمتع بأعلى مستوى ممكن من الصحة البدنية والعقلية؛

(a) To promote the full realization of the right to food and the adoption of measures at the national, regional and international levels for the realization of the right of everyone to adequate food and the fundamental right of everyone to be free from hunger so as to be able fully to develop and maintain their physical and mental capacities;
(أ) تعزيز الإعمال الكامل للحق في الغذاء واعتماد تدابير على المستويات الوطنية والإقليمية والدولية من أجل إعمال حق كل إنسان في الغذاء الكافي والحق الأساسي لكل إنسان في التحرر من الجوع لكي يكون قادراً تماماً على تنمية قدراته البدنية والعقلية والحفاظ عليها؛
