ويصل العدد الإجمالي للمعدات والأفراد العسكريين المحدد في المعاهدة، المعلن عنه وغير المعلن عنه، في إقليم أرمينيا والأراضي المحتلة بأذربيجان على السواء إلى 481 دبابة قتالية، و 599 مركبة قتالية مصفحة، و 718 منظومة مدفعية، و 804 91 من الأفراد العسكريين.

According to the annexed information, during the reporting period, the armed forces of Armenia continued intensive fire on both military and civilian objects in Azerbaijan from their positions in the occupied territories of Azerbaijan and from the territory of Armenia.

131. Point 6 of the cultural activity plan provided for by the provisions of the National Security Strategy relates to the protection of historical, spiritual, cultural values and the ethnic identity of the national minorities residing in the territory of Armenia, and provides that the policy of the Republic of Armenia with regard to the national minorities rests upon three fundamental principles:
