In this respect it might be appropriate to refer to the law of Ukraine entitled " Implementation of International Agreements on the territory of Ukraine " , of 10 December 1991.

5. Welcomes the removal of all nuclear weapons from the territory of Kazakhstan as from 1 June 1995, from the territory of Ukraine as from 1 June 1996, and from the territory of Belarus as from 30 November 1996;

One of its main tasks is to define a general strategy and priorities for State policy with regard to the family, women, young people and children throughout the territory of Ukraine and to formulate specific measures to improve the situation of women and create equal opportunities for men and women in every aspect of social activity.

وقد اعتمدت أوكرانيا أيضا هذا اﻷسلوب في تشريعاتها بشأن الخلافة والمواطنة بمنح جنسيتها في مرحلة أولى لﻷشخاص الذين كانوا يقيمون بصفة دائمة في إقليم أوكرانيا سواء كان ذلك في تاريخ الخلافة، أو في تاريخ اعتماد هذا التشريع.
