]٤٠١- ينبغي ألا يتجاوز العدد الاجمالي للمفتشين الموجودين في إقليم الدولة الطرف موضع التفتيش في أي وقت بعينه ٠٤ شخصا.[

172. Upon completion of the post-inspection procedures, the inspection team and the observer shall leave, as soon as possible, the territory of the inspected State Party.
٢٧١- لدى اتمام الاجراءات اللاحقة للتفتيش، يغادر فريق التفتيش والمراقب إقليم الدولة الطرف موضع التفتيش بأسرع ما يمكن.

٥٧١- لدى اتمام الاجراءات اللاحقة للتفتيش، يغادر فريق التفتيش والمراقب إقليم الدولة الطرف موضع التفتيش بأسرع ما يمكن.

(i) The members of the inspection team shall not engage in any professional or commercial activity for personal profit on the territory of the inspected State Party.
)ط( لا يباشر أعضاء فريق التفتيش أي نشاط مهني أو تجاري لتحقيق الربح الشخصي على إقليم الدولة الطرف موضع التفتيش.

In carrying out activity related to the conduct of on-site inspections in accordance with this Protocol the inspection team shall have the right to take to the territory of the inspected State Party and use the permitted equipment.]
]٥٣١- لفريق التفتيش الحق أثناء القيام بنشاط يتصل بإجراء عمليات التفتيش الموقعي وفقاً لهذا البروتوكول في أخذ المعدات المسموح بها إلى إقليم الدولة الطرف موضع التفتيش وفي استخدامها.[

[145. The inspected State Party shall be reimbursed by the Organization in all expenses related to the stay and activity of an inspection team on the territory of the inspected State Party.]
]٥٤١- تسدد المنظمة للدولة الطرف موضع التفتيش جميع النفقات المتصلة بإقامة ونشاط فريق التفتيش في إقليم الدولة الطرف موضع التفتيش.[

Upon completion of the first stage, an inspection team shall leave the territory of the inspected State Party or by agreement with a representative of the inspected State Party shall wait for the second stage of inspection at an agreed point on the territory of the inspected State Party.
وبعد استكمال المرحلة اﻷولى، يغادر فريق التفتيش إقليم الدولة الطرف موضع التفتيش أو ينتظر بالاتفاق مع ممثل الدولة الطرف موضع التفتيش حتى المرحلة الثانية من التفتيش في نقطة يتفق عليها في إقليم الدولة الطرف موضع التفتيش.

[148. The inspected State Party shall be reimbursed by the Organization in all expenses related to the stay and activity of an inspection team on the territory of the inspected State Party.]
]٨٤١- تسدد المنظمة للدولة الطرف موضع التفتيش جميع النفقات المتصلة بإقامة ونشاط فريق التفتيش في إقليم الدولة الطرف موضع التفتيش.[

77. The inspected State Party shall have the right, without prejudice to the prescribed time-frames, to [inspect the equipment] [check that the equipment is in conformity with the standard approved equipment] in the presence of inspection team members at the point of entry, i.e., to check the identity of the equipment brought in or removed from the territory of the inspected State Party.
٧٧- يكون للدولة الطرف موضع التفتيش، دون اﻹخلال باﻷطر الزمنية المحددة، الحق في أن ]تفتش المعدات[ ]تتحقق من أن المعدات تتفق مع المعدات القياسية المعتمدة[ عند نقطة الدخول بحضور أعضاء فريق التفتيش، أي أن تتحقق من هوية المعدات المنقولة إلى أو من إقليم الدولة الطرف موضع التفتيش.

80. The inspected State Party shall have the right, without prejudice to the prescribed time-frames, to [inspect the equipment] [check that the equipment is in conformity with the standard approved equipment] in the presence of inspection team members at the point of entry, i.e., to check the identity of the equipment brought in or removed from the territory of the inspected State Party.
٠٨- يكون للدولة الطرف موضع التفتيش، دون اﻹخلال باﻷطر الزمنية المحددة، الحق في أن ]تفتش المعدات[ ]تتحقق من أن المعدات تتفق مع المعدات القياسية المعتمدة[ عند نقطة الدخول بحضور أعضاء فريق التفتيش، أي أن تتحقق من هوية المعدات المنقولة إلى أو من إقليم الدولة الطرف موضع التفتيش.

(g) The members of the inspection team shall be permitted to bring into the territory of the inspected State Party, without payment of any customs duties or related charges, articles for personal use, with the exception of articles the import or export of which is prohibited by law or controlled by quarantine regulations.
)ز( يسمح ﻷعضاء فريق التفتيش بأن يحضروا داخل إقليم الدولة الطرف موضع التفتيش اﻷشياء التي يقصد بها الاستعمال الشخصي، دون دفع أي رسوم جمركية أو أي مصروفات متصلة بها، باستثناء اﻷشياء التي يكون استيرادها أو تصديرها محظورا بحكم القانون أو محكوما بأنظمة الحجر الصحي.
