وقد يكون انضمام كافة الدول إلى اتفاقية الأسلحة البيولوجية والتكسينية دون تنفيذ صارم على الصعيد الوطني عديم الجدوى مما لا يخدم أهداف الاتفاقية.

It is very important that States join the BWC.
ومن المهم جدا أن تنضم الدول إلى اتفاقية الأسلحة البيولوجية.
