12. Under article 6 of the Optional Protocol, if the Committee received reliable information indicating grave or systematic violations by a State party of rights set forth in the Convention, the Committee would invite that State party to cooperate in the examination of the information.
12 - إذا تلقت اللجنة، بموجب المادة 6 من البروتوكول الاختياري، معلومات موثوقا بها تدل على وقوع انتهاكات جسيمة أو منتظمة من جانب دولة طرف للحقوق المنصوص عليها في الاتفاقية، تدعو اللجنة تلك الدولة الطرف إلى التعاون في فحص المعلومات.

Art. 8.1: If the Committee receives reliable information indicating grave or systematic violations by a State Party of rights set forth in the Convention, the Committee shall invite that State Party to cooperate in the examination of the information and to this end to submit observations with regard to the information concerned.

2- إذا تلقت اللجنة معلومات موثوقة تدل على وقوع انتهاكات جسيمة أو منتظمة من جانب دولة طرف لأي من الحقوق الاقتصادية أو الاجتماعية أو الثقافية المنصوص عليها في العهد، تدعو اللجنة تلك الدولة الطرف إلى التعاون في فحص المعلومات وإلى تقديم ملاحظاتها بشأن هذه المعلومات.

2. If the Committee receives reliable information indicating grave or systematic violations by a State Party of the rights set forth in Parts II and III of the Covenant, the Committee shall invite that State Party to cooperate in the examination of the information and to this end to submit observations with regard to the information concerned.
2- إذا تلقت اللجنة معلومات موثوقة تدل على وقوع انتهاكات جسيمة أو منتظمة من جانب دولة طرف للحقوق المنصوص عليها في الجزأين الثاني والثالث من العهد، تدعو اللجنة تلك الدولة الطرف إلى التعاون في فحص المعلومات وإلى تقديم ملاحظاتها بشأن هذه المعلومات.

(c) Invitation to State party to cooperate If the treaty body finds that the information is reliable, the treaty body invites the State party to cooperate in the examination of the information, including through the submission of information to the treaty body;

If the Committee is satisfied that the information is reliable and indicates grave or systematic violations of rights in the Convention, the Committee invites the State Party to cooperate in the examination of the information and to submit observations (OP, art. 8 (1), and rule 82)) on the information within fixed time limits (rule 83 (1)).

If the Committee receives reliable information indicating grave or systematic violations of the provisions set forth in this Convention, the Committee shall invite the State where the offences have been reported to have occurred and/or the State of registration of the PMSC reportedly involved in such offences to cooperate in the examination of the information and to this end to submit observations with regard to the information concerned.
إجراءات التحقيق 1- إذا تلقت اللجنة معلومات موثوقا بها تدل على وقوع انتهاكات جسيمة أو منتظمة للأحكام المنصوص عليها في هذه الاتفاقية، تدعو اللجنة الدولة الطرف التي أبلغ عن وقوع الجرائم فيها و/أو دولة تسجيل الشركة العسكرية والأمنية الخاصة المدعى ضلوعها في تلك الجرائم إلى التعاون في فحص المعلومات وتقديم ملاحظات بشأن المعلومات المعنية لهذا الغرض.
