7. Return of confidential data and information to the coastal State

In accordance with article 27, the coastal State can exercise criminal jurisdiction against a foreign ship which engages in an act that disturbs the peace of the country or the good order of the territorial sea, or if the consequences of the crime extend to the coastal State.
ووفقا للمادة 27، يمكن للدولة الساحلية أن تمارس الولاية الجنائية على ظهر سفينة أجنبية تقوم بفعـــــل يخل بسلم البلد أو بحسن النظام في البحر الإقليمي، أو إذا امتدت نتائج الجريمة إلى الدولة الساحلية.

3. The recommendations of the Commission shall be submitted in writing to the coastal State which made the submission and to the Secretary-General of the United Nations.
