(d) The alleged offender is present in its territory and it does not extradite her/him to another State Party on the ground that the offence has been committed by one of its nationals.
(د) عندما يكون المجرم المزعوم موجودا في إقليمها ولم تقم بتسليمه إلى دولة طرف أخرى على أساس أن الجريمة ارتكبها مواطن من مواطنيها.

4. States Parties shall adopt measures sufficient to enable a person in the custody of one State Party whose presence in another State Party is requested for purposes of assistance under this Convention to be transferred if the person consents and if the competent authorities of both States agree.
٤ - على الدول اﻷطراف أن تتخذ ما يكفي من التدابير ﻹتاحة نقل أي شخص محتجز لدى إحدى الدول اﻷطراف ويطلب حضوره إلى دولة طرف أخرى بغرض تقديم المساعدة في إطار هذه الاتفاقية، إذا وافق الشخص المعني على ذلك وإذا اتفقت السلطات المختصة في كلتا الدولتين على ذلك.
