Authorities do not currently have provision for Advance Passenger Information (API) system to allow the screening of passenger data while flights are en route to Vanuatu.

With the ongoing support of the Government of Austria, UN-SPIDER was able to lay special emphasis on small islands in the Pacific region, hence the technical advisory missions to Tonga and Solomon Islands and advisory support to Vanuatu.
