15. Action: The AWG-LCA will be invited to accelerate its efforts to resolve outstanding issues with a view to reaching agreement on an outcome to be presented to the COP for adoption at its sixteenth session.
الإجراء: سيُدعى فريق العمل التعاوني إلى الإسراع في جهوده التي يبذلها لحل المسائل العالقة بغية التوصل إلى اتفاق بشأن النتائج التي سوف تقدم إلى مؤتمر الأطراف لكي يعتمدها في دورته السادسة عشرة.

The working group was mandated to complete its work in 2009 and present the outcome of its work to the COP for adoption at its fifteenth session.
وأُوكلت إلى الفريق العامل مهمة استكمال أعماله في عام 2009، وتقديم نتائج عمله إلى مؤتمر الأطراف لكي يعتمدها في دورته الخامسة عشرة.

2. The COP, by its decision 1/CP.15, extended the mandate of the AWG-LCA to enable it to continue its work with a view to presenting the outcome of its work to the COP for adoption at its sixteenth session.
2- وقرر مؤتمر الأطراف، بموجب مقرره 1/م أ 15، أن يمدّد ولاية فريق العمل التعاوني لتمكينه من مواصلة عمله بهدف تقديم ما يتوصّل إليه من نتائج إلى مؤتمر الأطراف لكي يعتمدها في دورته السادسة عشرة.

2- وقرر مؤتمر الأطراف، بموجب مقرره 1/م أ-15، أن يمدّد ولاية فريق العمل التعاوني لتمكينه من مواصلة عمله بهدف تقديم ما يتوصّل إليه من نتائج إلى مؤتمر الأطراف لكي يعتمدها في دورته السادسة عشرة.

The AWG-LCA further recalled decision 1/CP.15 that extended the mandate of the AWG-LCA with a view to presenting the outcome of its work to the COP for adoption at its sixteenth session.
20- وأشار فريق العمل التعاوني كذلك إلى المقرر 1/م أ-15 الذي جرى بموجبه تمديد ولاية فريق العمل التعاوني لتمكينه من تقديم نتائج أعماله إلى مؤتمر الأطراف لكي يعتمدها في دورته السادسة عشرة.

Decision 1/CP.15 requests the AWG-LCA to continue its work with a view to presenting the outcome of its work to the COP for adoption at its sixteenth session.
ويطلب المقرر 1/م أ-15 إلى فريق العمل التعاوني مواصلة عمله بهدف تقديم النتائج إلى مؤتمر الأطراف لكي يعتمدها في دورته السادسة عشرة.

The AWG-LCA will be invited to identify the areas that require further work through 2012 in order to present the results to the COP for adoption at its eighteenth session, at which time the AWG-LCA shall be terminated in accordance with decision 1/CP.17.
وسيُدعى فريق العمل التعاوني إلى تحديد المجالات التي تتطلب مواصلة العمل فيها خلال عام 2012 من أجل تقديم ما يخلص إليه من نتائج إلى مؤتمر الأطراف لكي يعتمدها في دورته الثامنة عشرة لتنتهي عندئذ مهمة الفريق وفقاً للمقرر 1/م أ-17.

At the 1st meeting, the Chair recalled that the Conference of the Parties (COP), by its decision 1/CP.15, extended the mandate of the AWG-LCA to enable it to continue its work with a view to presenting the outcome of its work to the COP for adoption at its sixteenth session.
8- وفي الجلسة الأولى، ذكّرت الرئيسة بأن مؤتمر الأطراف مدَّد، بموجب مقرره 1/م أ-15، ولاية فريق العمل التعاوني لتمكينه من مواصلة عمله وبهدف تقديم نتائج عمله إلى مؤتمر الأطراف لكي يعتمدها في دورته السادسة عشرة.

The SBI may wish to consider the issue in the light of decision 1/CP.15, which extended the mandate of the AWGLCA to enable it to continue its work with a view to presenting the outcome of its work to the COP for adoption at its sixteenth session.
20- وربما تود الهيئة الفرعية للتنفيذ النظر في هذه المسألة في ضوء المقرر 1/م أ-15 الذي مدَّد ولاية فريق العمل التعاوني لتمكينه من مواصلة عمله بهدف تقديم النتائج إلى مؤتمر الأطراف لكي يعتمدها في دورته السادسة عشرة.

It decided that the process shall be conducted under a subsidiary body under the Convention, the Ad Hoc Working Group on Long-term Cooperative Action under the Convention (AWG-LCA), that shall complete its work in 2009 and present the outcome of its work to the COP for adoption at its fifteenth session.
وقرر المؤتمر أن تتولى إجراء هذه العملية هيئة فرعية في إطار الاتفاقية تُعرَف باسم الفريق العامل المخصص المعني بالعمل التعاوني الطويل الأجل بموجب الاتفاقية (الفريق العامل المخصص)، وأن يُنهي هذا الفريق أعماله في عام 2009 ويقدِّم نتائج عمله إلى مؤتمر الأطراف لكي يعتمدها في دورته الخامسة عشرة.
