10- يطلب أيضاً إلى مجلس صندوق التكيف أن يضع ويعتمد الترتيبات القانونية المتخذة مع القيِّم فيما يتعلق بالخدمات المقدمة بشأن حصة 2 في المائة من العائدات المشار إليها في الفقرة 8 أعلاه لكي يوافق عليها مؤتمر الأطراف العامل بوصفه اجتماع الأطراف في بروتوكول كيوتو؛

It further requested the Adaptation Fund Board to consider the arrangements for the monetization of the 2 per cent share of proceeds levied in accordance with decision 1/CMP.8, paragraph 21, including the appropriate entity or entities to monetize the share of proceeds, and to forward a recommendation to CMP 10.

At the same session, the CMP requested the Adaptation Fund Board to make available, in its report to the CMP at its seventh session, the performance reviews of the interim secretariat and the interim trustee servicing the Adaptation Fund, in accordance with decision 1/CMP.3, paragraph 33.
