Mr. Gouider (Libyan Arab Jamahiriya) said that practice of some States and references to the articles by such bodies as the International Court of Justice in its advisory opinion on the Legal Consequences of the Construction of a Wall in the Occupied Palestinian Territory constituted additional reasons to adopt a convention.
63 - وقال السيد غويدر (الجماهيرية العربية الليبية) إن ممارسة بعض الدول والإشارات إلى هذه المواد من قبل هيئات مثل محكمة العدل الدولية في فتواها بشأن الآثار القانونية الناشئة عن تشييد جدار في الأراضي الفلسطينية المحتلة تشكلان سببين إضافيين لاعتماد اتفاقية.
