7. The participants strongly supported the convening of the conference on measures to enforce the Convention in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including Jerusalem, as recommended in General Assembly resolutions ES-10/3, 4 and 5.

It is therefore essential that the conference of the High Contracting Parties to the Geneva Convention is convened as soon as possible on measures to enforce the Convention in the occupied Palestinian territories, including Jerusalem, and to ensure its respect in accordance with common article 1 of all four Geneva Conventions.
ومن ثم، من الضروري أن ينعقد مؤتمر اﻷطراف المتعاقدة السامية في أقرب فرصة ممكنة ليتناول تدابير إنفاذ الاتفاقية في الأراضي الفلسطينيـة المحتلـة، بمـا فيها القـدس، ولكفالة احترامها وفقا للمادة ١ المشتركة في جميع اتفاقيات جنيف الأربع.

Thus, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia calls upon the High Contracting Parties to the Geneva Convention to convene a conference to enforce the Convention in the occupied Palestinian territories, and in particular in Jerusalem. The parties must ensure the adherence of the Israeli authorities to the Convention in accordance with its common article 1.
