8. The results of the survey will be presented to the sixth session of the Commission, in April 1997, at which the Commission will continue to discuss the question of elaborating a convention or conventions against illicit trafficking in children.
وستعرض نتائج الاستقصاء على الدورة السادسة للجنة في نيسان/أبريل ٧٩٩١، حيث ستواصل اللجنة مناقشة مسألة وضع اتفاقية أو اتفاقيات لمكافحة اﻹتجار غير المشروع باﻷطفال.

8. Requests the Secretary-General to continue his consultations with Governments on the possibility of elaborating a convention or conventions against organized transnational crime and on the elements that could be included therein;
٨ - يطلب إلى اﻷمين العام أن يواصل مشاوراته مع الحكومات بشأن امكانية اعداد اتفاقية أو اتفاقيات لمكافحة الجريمة المنظمة عبر الحدود الوطنية وبشأن العناصر التي يمكن ادراجها في تلك الاتفاقية أو الاتفاقيات وأن ينهي تلك المشاورات بطريقة تمكن فريق الخبراء الحكومي الدولي من الاضطلاع بأعماله؛

88. The Economic and Social Council, in its resolution 1996/26, requested the Secretary-General to continue to gather the opinions of Governments on the elaboration of an international convention or conventions on the illicit traffic in children, and their suggestions on possible elements to be included in the text of a future binding instrument or instruments on that subject.
٨٨ - طلب المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي في قراره ٦٩٩١/٦٢ إلى اﻷمين العام أن يواصل تجميع آراء الحكومات بشأن وضع اتفاقية أو اتفاقيات دولية تتعلق بالاتجار غير المشروع باﻷطفال، ومقترحاتها بشأن العناصر التي يمكن أن يتضمنها نص صك أو صكوك ملزمة يتم وضعها في المستقبل بهذا الشأن.

(a) To make a thorough analysis of the views of Governments on the possibility of elaborating a convention or conventions against organized transnational crime, taking into account, inter alia, the Buenos Aires Declaration on Prevention and Control of Organized Transnational Crime;

This resolution also invited the Conference on Disarmament to re—establish the ad hoc committee on that subject and to update the mandate of that committee with a view to beginning negotiations on the conclusion of a multilateral agreement or agreements on the prevention of an arms race in outer space in all its aspects.
وقد دعا هذا القرار كذلك مؤتمر نزع السلاح إلى إعادة إنشاء اللجنة الخاصة حول هذا الموضوع وتحديث ولايتها حتى يمكن بدء التفاوض حول إبرام اتفاقية أو اتفاقيات لمنع سباق التسلح في الفضاء الخارجي بكافة جوانبه.
