" 1. Decides that, at the earliest possible date during the fifty-second session of the General Assembly, the Sixth Committee shall convene a second session of the Working Group of the Whole for a period of at least two weeks to complete the elaboration of a framework convention on the law of the non-navigational uses of international watercourses;
" ١ - تقرر أن تعقد، في أقرب موعد ممكن أثناء الدورة الثانية والخمسين للجمعية العامة، دورة ثانية للفريق العامل الجامع لفترة مدتها أسبوعان على اﻷقل للانتهاء من وضع اتفاقية إطارية بشأن قانون استخدام المجاري المائية الدولية في اﻷغراض غير الملاحية؛

2. Decides to convene a second session of the Working Group of the Whole of the Sixth Committee, for a period of two weeks, from 24 March to 4 April 1997 to elaborate a framework convention on the law of the non-navigational uses of international watercourses;

In the operative part, the Assembly would decide to convene the Working Group of the Whole of the Sixth Committee for another period of two weeks, from 24 March to 4 April 1997, to elaborate a framework convention on the law of the non-navigational uses of international watercourses.
وفي جزء المنطوق، تقرر الجمعية العامة عقد دورة ثانية للفريق العامل الجامع للجنة السادسة، لفترة أسبوعين، من ٢٤ آذار/مارس إلى ٤ نيسان/أبريل ١٩٩٧ ﻹعداد اتفاقية إطارية بشأن قانون استخدام المجاري المائية الدولية في اﻷغراض غير الملاحية.

Mr. LEGAL (France) recalled that in paragraph 3 of its resolution 49/52 the General Assembly had asked the Sixth Committee to elaborate a framework convention on the law of the non-navigational uses of international watercourses.

1. The CHAIRMAN said that, at its second session, the Working Group of the Whole on the Elaboration of a framework convention on the law of the Non-Navigational Uses of International Watercourses would build on the work done by the Drafting Committee and the Working Group at the previous session.
١ - الرئيس: قال إن الفريق العامل الجامع المعني بوضع اتفاقية إطارية بشأن قانون استخدام المجاري المائية الدولية في اﻷغراض غير الملاحية سيعتمد في دورته الثانية على اﻷعمال التي أنجزها كل من لجنة الصياغة والفريق العامل في الدورة السابقة.
