Certain paragraphs of the decisions on financing and budget adopted by the Conference of the Parties of the Stockholm Convention at its first and second meetings merit consideration by the Conference of the Parties at its third meeting, as discussed below.
1 - اعتمد مؤتمر الأطراف في اتفاقية استكهولم في اجتماعيه الأول والثاني فقرات معينة من مقررات بشأن التمويل والميزانية تستحق أن ينظر فيها مؤتمر الأطراف في اجتماعه الثالث، وترد مناقشتها أدناه.

The Stockholm Convention, in its Article 6, provides for interaction with the Basel Convention.

This confirms the initial finding presented at COP3 that shows that there is significant potential to harness the private sector to support the implementation of the Stockholm Convention in developing countries and countries with economies in transition.
