Considering that universal accession to and acceptance, implementation and observance of the provisions of the Registration Convention:
وإذ ترى أن الانضمام إلى اتفاقية التسجيل على الصعيد العالمي وقبول أحكامها وتنفيذها والعمل وفقا لها:

It should be noted that the Registration Convention does not contain any provision relating specifically to transfer of ownership of a space object and the responsibilities that this entails.
وتجدر الإشارة إلى أنّ اتفاقية التسجيل لا تتضمّن أي حكم يتناول بالتحديد نقل ملكية جسم فضائي وما يستتبعه ذلك من مسؤوليات.

The view was expressed that registration of a space object other than by a launching State was not conceivable under the Registration Convention.
140- ورئي أن تسجيل الجسم الفضائي من جانب جهة أخرى غير الدولة المطلِقة أمر لا يمكن تصوّره في إطار اتفاقية التسجيل.

(i) By acceding to, implementing and observing the provisions of the Registration Convention, States would:
`1` إن الدول، بانضمامها إلى اتفاقية التسجيل وتنفيذها والتقيد بأحكامها، سوف تحقق ما يلي:

(ii) Universal accession to and acceptance, implementation and observance of the provisions of the Registration Convention would:

(iv) States parties to the Registration Convention are to establish a national registry and inform the Secretary-General of the establishment of such a registry in accordance with the Convention;

The Subcommittee was also informed on bilateral agreements between States that took into account provisions of the Registration Convention.

Slovakia believes that the provisions of the Registration Convention are applicable to each object that is able to reach outer space.
ترى سلوفاكيا أن أحكام اتفاقية التسجيل تسري على كل جسم قادر على الوصول إلى الفضاء الخارجي.

The Kingdom of the Netherlands is therefore not required to furnish to the Secretary-General of the United Nations information in accordance with article IV of the Registration Convention.
ولذلك فإن مملكة هولندا غير ملزمة بتزويد الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة بالمعلومات وفقا للمادة الرابعة من اتفاقية التسجيل.

Ratification of, and compliance with, the Registration Convention should be encouraged as a starting point in the compilation and exchange of information.

This undermines the utility of the Registration Convention as a global information-sharing mechanism.
وهذا يقلل من قيمة الجدوى المتوخاة من اتفاقية التسجيل باعتبارها آلية عالمية للتشارك في المعلومات.
