It should be mentioned that the Security Council has adopted 25 resolutions in which it affirmed the applicability of the Fourth Geneva Convention to the territories occupied by Israel since 1967, including Jerusalem.
وينبغــي اﻹشارة هنا إلى أن مجلس اﻷمـن كان قد اعتمد ٢٥ قرارا يؤكد فيها انطباق اتفاقية جنيف الرابعة على اﻷراضي التي احتلتــها إسرائيل منذ عام ١٩٦٧، بما في ذلك القدس.

وتنص المادة 89 من اتفاقية جنيف الرابعة على أنه يجب تزويد النساء بأغذية إضافية تتناسب مع احتياجات أجسامهن.

Article 27 of the Fourth Geneva Convention provides that " [w]omen shall be especially protected against any attack on their honour, in particular against rape, enforced prostitution, or any form of indecent assault " and applies to women who are " protected persons " within the meaning of article 4 of the Convention.
وتنص المادة ٧٢ من اتفاقية جنيف الرابعة على أنه " يجب حماية النساء بصفة خاصة ضد أي اعتداء على شرفهن، ولا سيما ضد الاغتصاب والاكراه على الدعارة وأي هتك لحرمتهن " وهي تنطبق على النساء باعتبارهن " من اﻷشخاص المحميين " في إطار معنى المادة ٤ من الاتفاقية.

Article 2 of Geneva Convention IV provides that the convention shall apply:

Article 33 of the Fourth Geneva Convention states that " [n]o protected person may be punished for an offence he or she has not personally committed.
وتنص المادة 33 من اتفاقية جنيف الرابعة على أنه " لا يجوز معاقبة الشخص المحمي على جرم لم يرتكبه شخصيا.

Article 49 of the Fourth Geneva Convention establishes that the occupying power shall not deport or transfer parts of its own civilian population into the territory it occupies.
وتنص المادة 49 من اتفاقية جنيف الرابعة على أنه لا يجوز لدولة الاحتلال أن ترحّل أو تنقل جزءاً من سكانها المدنيين إلى الأراضي التي تحتلها.

The Security Council, in 25 resolutions, adopted over years, has reconfirmed its recognition of applicability of the Fourth Geneva Convention in the territories, including Jerusalem, occupied since 1967.
