• the UNV Headquarters Agreement

1. The provisions of this Agreement shall be complementary to the provisions of the UNV Headquarters Agreement.
١- أحكام هذا الاتفاق مكملة ﻷحكام اتفاق المقر لبرنامج متطوعي اﻷمم المتحدة.

Insofar as any provision of this Agreement and any provision of the UNV Headquarters Agreement relate to the same subject matter, each of these provisions shall be applicable and neither shall narrow the effect of the other.
وبقدر ما يتصل حكم من أحكام هذا الاتفاق وحكم من أحكام اتفاق المقر لبرنامج متطوعي اﻷمم المتحدة بالموضوع ذاته، ينطبق كل منهما ولا يقيد أحدهما نفاذ اﻵخر.

(b) " the UNV " , in Article 5 paragraph 2, and in Articles 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 14, 17, 21 and 26 of the UNV Headquarters Agreement, shall be deemed to mean the CCD Secretariat;
)ب( تشير عبارة " متطوعو اﻷمم المتحدة " الواردة في الفقرة ٢ من المادة ٥ وفي المواد ٧ و٨ و٩ و٠١ و١١ و٢١ و٤١ و٧١ و١٢ و٦٢ من اتفاق المقر لبرنامج متطوعي اﻷمم المتحدة إلى أمانة اتفاقية مكافحة التصحر؛

(c) " the Executive Coordinator " , in Articles 8, 11, 14, 19 paragraph 3, and in Articles 20, 21 and 22 of the UNV Headquarters Agreement, shall be deemed to mean the Executive Secretary;
)ج( تشير عبارة " المنسق التنفيذي " الواردة في المواد ٨ و١١ و٤١ والفقرة ٣ من المادة ٩١ وكذلك في المواد ٠٢ و١٢ و٢٢ من اتفاق المقر لبرنامج متطوعي اﻷمم المتحدة إلى اﻷمين التنفيذي؛

(f) " persons " , in Articles 20 and 21 of the UNV Headquarters Agreement, shall be deemed to include all persons referred to in the present Agreement, including interns of the CCD Secretariat;
)و( تشمل كلمة " اﻷشخاص " الواردة في المادتين ٠٢ و١٢ من اتفاق المقر لبرنامج متطوعي اﻷمم المتحدة جميع اﻷشخاص المشار إليهم في هذا الاتفاق، بمن فيهم المتدربون في أمانة اتفاقية مكافحة التصحر؛

(g) " the Party " or " Parties " , in Article 19 paragraph 3, and in Articles 24 and 26 paragraph 2, of the UNV Headquarters Agreement, shall be deemed to mean the Parties under the present Agreement;
)ز( تشير كلمة " الطرف " أو " اﻷطراف " الواردة في الفقرة ٣ من المادة ٩١ وفي المادة ٤٢ والفقرة ٢ من المادة ٦٢ من اتفاق المقر لبرنامج متطوعي اﻷمم المتحدة إلى اﻷطراف بموجب هذا الاتفاق؛

" With regard to Paragraph 3 of Article 3 of the Agreement, it is understood by the Contracting Parties that in order to enter Germany, the persons mentioned shall, in principle, have to comply, where applicable, with the regular procedure to obtain visas from the German diplomatic missions abroad in accordance with Article 21 of the UNV Headquarters Agreement.
" بصدد الفقرة ٣ من المادة ٣ من الاتفاق تفهم اﻷطراف المتعاقدة أنه كي يتسنى دخول اﻷشخاص المذكورين إلى ألمانيا، يتعين، من حيث المبدأ، الامتثال، عند الانطباق، لﻹجراء المعتاد في الحصول على تأشيرات دخول من البعثات الدبلوماسية اﻷلمانية في الخارج وفقاً للمادة ١٢ من اتفاق المقر لبرنامج متطوعي اﻷمم المتحدة.

" تفهم اﻷطراف المتعاقدة من الفقرة ٣ من المادة ٣ من الاتفاق أنه كي يتسنى الدخول إلى ألمانيا، يتعين من حيث المبدأ، على اﻷشخاص المذكورين الامتثال، عند الاقتضاء، لﻹجراء الاعتيادي فيما يتعلق للحصول على تأشيرات دخول من البعثات الدبلوماسية اﻷلمانية في الخارج، وذلك وفقاً للمادة ١٢ من اتفاق المقر لبرنامج متطوعي اﻷمم المتحدة.
