(c) Staff members who have successfully passed a competitive examination and have completed one year of satisfactory service under a fixed-term appointment or who have a continuing appointment may, if called by a Member Government for military service, whether for training or active duty, be placed on special leave without pay for the duration of their required military service.
)ج( الموظفون الذين يكونون قد اجتازوا بنجاح امتحانا تنافسيا وأكملوا سنة من الخدمة المرضية في إطار تعيين محدد المدة، أو الموظفون المعينون تعيينا مستمرا، يجوز أن يمنحوا، إذا استدعتهم حكومة عضو للخدمة العسكرية، سواء كان ذلك للتدريب أو للخدمة العاملة، إجازة خاصة بدون مرتب طيلة الفترة التي يقضونها في الخدمة العسكرية المطلوبة منهم.
