• Meeting of the States Parties or

The ISU Director will propose and present a work plan and a budget for the activities of the ISU for the following year to the Co-ordinating Committee for endorsement and subsequently to each Meeting of the States Parties or Review Conferences for approval.
ويقترح مدير الوحدة خطة عمل وميزانية لأنشطة الوحدة للسنة التالية ويعرضهما على لجنة التنسيق من أجل إقرارهما، ثم على كل اجتماع من اجتماعات الدول الأطراف أو مؤتمر من مؤتمرات الاستعراض من أجل الموافقة عليهما.

(h) Presenting a work plan and a budget, endorsed by the Coordination Committee, to each Meeting of the States Parties or Review Conferences for approval; and
(ح) عرض خطة عمل وميزانية، تُقرّهما لجنة التنسيق، على كل اجتماع من اجتماعات الدول الأطراف أو مؤتمر استعراض لاعتمادهما؛

(i) Reporting on the activities and functioning of the ISU to each Meeting of the States Parties or Review Conference.
(ط) تقديم تقارير بشأن أنشطة وسير عمل وحدة دعم التنفيذ إلى كل اجتماع من اجتماعات الدول الأطراف أو مؤتمر استعراض.

(l) Submit an annual report on the activities and the finances of the Implementation Support Unit to each Meeting of the States Parties or Review Conference.
(ل) تقديم تقرير سنوي عن أنشطة وحدة دعم التنفيذ وشؤونها المالية لكل اجتماع من اجتماعات الدول الأطراف أو لكل مؤتمر من المؤتمرات الاستعراضية.

1. The " Directive by the States Parties to the Implementation Support Unit (ISU) " provides that the ISU shall " propose and present a work plan and a budget for the activities of the ISU for the following year to the Coordinating Committee for endorsement and subsequently to each Meeting of the States Parties or Review Conferences for approval. "
1- ينص " التوجيه الصادر عن الدول الأطراف إلى وحدة دعم التنفيذ " على أن " تقترح الوحدة خطة عمل وميزانية لأنشطة الوحدة للسنة التالية وتعرضهما على لجنة التنسيق من أجل إقرارهما، ثم على كل اجتماع من اجتماعات الدول الأطراف أو مؤتمر من مؤتمرات الاستعراض من أجل الموافقة عليهما. "

The " Directive " further states that " an audited annual financial report " for the previous year and " preliminary annual financial report " for the present year shall be submitted by the ISU to the Coordinating Committee and subsequently to each Meeting of the States Parties or Review Conferences for approval.
وينص " التوجيه " أيضاً على أن " تقـدم وحـدة دعم التنفيذ تقريراً مالياً سنوياً مراجعاً " عن السنة السابقة و " تقريراً مالياً أولياً سنوياً " عن السنة الحالية إلى لجنة التنسيق ثم إلى كل اجتماع من اجتماعات الدول الأطراف أو إلى كل مؤتمر من المؤتمرات الاستعراضية، من أجل الموافقة عليه.

(k) Submit a workplan and a budget, endorsed by the Coordinating Committee, to each Meeting of the States Parties or Review Conference for approval;
(ك) تقديم خطة عمل وميزانية تقرهما لجنة التنسيق إلى كل اجتماع من اجتماعات الدول الأطراف أو إلى كل مؤتمر من المؤتمرات الاستعراضية بغرض الموافقة عليها؛

(h) Report in written form as well as orally on the activities, functioning and finances of the ISU to each Meeting of the States Parties or Review Conference, and to informal meetings under the Convention as appropriate.
(ح) تقديم تقارير خطية وشفهية بشأن أنشطة وحدة دعم التنفيذ وطريقة عملها وتمويلها إلى كل اجتماع من اجتماعات الدول الأطراف أو مؤتمر من مؤتمرات الاستعراض وإلى الاجتماعات غير الرسمية التي تُعقد في إطار الاتفاقية، حسب الاقتضاء.

(ح) تقديم تقارير خطية وشفهية بشأن أنشطة وحدة دعم التنفيذ وطريقة عملها وتمويلها إلى كل اجتماع من اجتماعات الدول الأطراف أو مؤتمر من مؤتمرات الاستعراض وإلى الاجتماعات غير الرسمية التي تُعقد في إطار الاتفاقية، حسب الاقتضاء.

15. An audited Annual Financial Report (cf. Agreement GICHD - States Parties para 8) for the previous year and a preliminary Annual Financial Report for the present year shall be submitted by the ISU to the Co-ordinating Committee and subsequently to each Meeting of the States Parties or Review Conferences for approval.
15- وتقدّم وحدة دعم التنفيذ تقريراً مالياً سنوياً مراجعاً (انظر: الفقرة 8 من الاتفاق بين مركز جنيف الدولي لإزالة الألغام للأغراض الإنسانية والدول الأطراف في اتفاقية حظر ونقل الألغام المضادة للأفراد) عن السنة السابقة وتقريراً مالياً أولياً سنوياً عن السنة الحالية إلى لجنة التنسيق ثم إلى كل اجتماع من اجتماعات الدول الأطراف أو مؤتمر من مؤتمرات الاستعراض، من أجل الموافقة عليهما.

16- وباعتماد " توجيه الدول الأطراف إلى وحدة دعم التنفيذ " ، وافق الاجتماع العاشر للأطراف على أن تقوم وحدة دعم التنفيذ " بتقديم تقارير خطية وشفهية بشأن أنشطة وحدة دعم التنفيذ وطريقة عملها وتمويلها إلى كل اجتماع من اجتماعات الدول الأطراف أو مؤتمر من مؤتمرات الاستعراض وإلى الاجتماعات غير الرسمية التي تُعقد في إطار الاتفاقية، حسب الاقتضاء " .
