Considering the above, I have reviewed your proposal for the establishment of a United Nations trust fund for accepting and administering contributions from Member States, including the States members of the European Union.
ونظرا لما تقدم ذكره فقد استعرضت اقتراحكم المتعلق بإنشاء صندوق استئماني للأمم المتحدة لاستلام وإدارة مساهمات الدول الأعضاء بما فيها الدول الأعضاء في الاتحاد الأوروبي.

In order for this contribution to be made available to the United Nations, information regarding the administrative details concerning the transfer of the above-mentioned funds, and more specifically on the establishment of a United Nations trust fund for that purpose, would be welcomed.

Following the offer from several Member States to provide financial support to the distinct entity, the President of the Security Council informed me on 30 November of the decision by the Security Council to endorse the creation of a United Nations trust fund for accepting and administering contributions from Member States for the purpose of financially supporting the distinct entity.
وفي أعقاب العرض المقدم من عدد من الدول الأعضاء بتقديم دعم مالي لذلك الكيان، أبلغني رئيس مجلس الأمن في 30 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر بقرار مجلس الأمن إنشاء صندوق استئماني للأمم المتحدة لتحصيل وإدارة المساهمات المقدمة من الدول الأعضاء لدعم هذا الكيان القائم بذاته دعما ماليا.

In the same resolution, the Council also approved provision by UNSOA, through a United Nations trust fund, of targeted non-lethal logistic support to front-line units of the Somali National Army engaged in joint operations with AMISOM.

As at 6 May 1989, the Parties to the Montreal Protocol decided " to establish a United Nations trust Fund in accordance with the Financial Regulations and Rules of the United Nations and in accordance with the General Procedures governing operations of the Fund of the United Nations Environment Programme " (point 14.A.a).
