وإذ يؤكد من جديد أنه ينبغي لجميع الدول الأعضاء في الأمم المتحدة أن تمتنع في علاقاتها الدولية عن ممارسة التهديد أو استخدام القوة ضد السلامة الإقليمية أو الاستقلال السياسي لأية دولة أو على أي نحو لا يتماشى مع أغراض الأمم المتحدة،

All States must refrain in their international relations from the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of any State and from any intervention in matters which are essentially within the domestic jurisdiction of any State.
ويتعين على جميع الدول الامتناع، في علاقاتها الدولية، عن التهديد بالقوة أو استخدام القوة ضد السلامة الإقليمية أو الاستقلال السياسي لأية دولة، وعن أن تدخل في المسائل التي تندرج بالضرورة في نطاق الولاية القانونية المحلية لأية دولة.

47. This Initiative violates -- in its design and in the way in which it is implemented -- the fundamental principles enshrined in the Charter of the United Nations and recognized in international law, such as non-interference in the internal affairs of States, sovereign equality between all States and the non-use or threat of use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of any State.
47 - وتنتهك هذه المبادرة من حيث مفهومها وتطبيقها المبادئ الأساسية المكرسة في ميثاق الأمم المتحدة والمعترف بها في القانون الدولي مثل مبدأ عدم التدخل في الشؤون الداخلية للدول، والمساواة بين الدول في السيادة، أو عدم التهديد باستخدام أو استخدام القوة ضد السلامة الإقليمية أو الاستقلال السياسي لأي دولة.

22.2 The Movement reiterated the basic principle of the UN Charter that all States shall refrain in their international relations from the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of any State, or in any other manner inconsistent with the purposes of the UN.
22-2 كررت الحركة المبدأ الأساسي للأمم المتحدة المتمثل في ضرورة امتناع كافة الدول، في علاقاتها الدولية، عن اللجوء إلى التهديد أو استخدام القوة ضد السلامة الإقليمية أو الاستقلال السياسي لأية دولة أو التصرف بطريقة غير منسجمة مع غايات الأمم المتحدة.

Especially relevant in that regard is the prohibition of the use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of any State, non-intervention and non-interference in the internal and external affairs of States and peoples or their natural resources, and the self-determination and independence of peoples under colonial and neo-colonial domination, foreign occupation or racist regimes.
وثمة أهمية بالغة لحظر استخدام القوة ضد السلامة الإقليمية والاستقلال السياسي لأي دولة، ولعدم التدخل بأي شكل من الأشكال في الشؤون الداخلية والخارجية للدول والشعوب أو في مواردها الطبيعية، ولمنح الشعوب الواقعة تحت الاستعمار بشكليه التقليدي والجديد، أو تحت الاحتلال الأجنبي أو التي تحكمها أنظمة عنصرية، حق تقرير المصير والاستقلال.
