In the resolution the Commission referred to the need to implement the Beijing Declaration and Platform for Action in the field of crime prevention and criminal justice and to develop strategies and practical measures in that regard.
وأشارت اللجنة في قرارها إلى ضرورة تنفيذ إعلان ومنهاج عمل بيجين في ميدان منع الجريمة والعدالة الجنائية ووضع استراتيجيات وتدابير عملية في هذا الصدد.

Pursuant to General Assembly resolution 68/189, UNODC convened a meeting of an open-ended intergovernmental expert group to develop a draft set of model strategies and practical measures on the elimination of violence against children in the field of crime prevention and criminal justice.
7- وعملاً بقرار الجمعية العامة 68/189، عقد المكتب اجتماعاً لفريق خبراء حكومي دولي مفتوح العضوية لكي يضع مشروع مجموعة استراتيجيات وتدابير عملية نموذجية بشأن القضاء على العنف ضد الأطفال في سياق منع الجريمة والعدالة الجنائية.

UNODC cooperated with UNICEF, OHCHR and the Special Representative of the Secretary-General on Violence against Children in developing draft model strategies and practical measures for the elimination of violence against children in the field of crime prevention and criminal justice, pursuant to General Assembly resolution 68/189.
وتعاون المكتب مع اليونيسيف ومفوضية الأمم المتحدة لحقوق الإنسان والممثِّلة الخاصَّة للأمين العام المعنية بالعنف ضد الأطفال في صوغ مشاريع استراتيجيات وتدابير عملية نموذجية للقضاء على العنف ضد الأطفال في سياق منع الجريمة والعدالة الجنائية، عملاً بقرار الجمعية العامة 68/189.

During the reporting period, UNODC supported important normative developments in the areas of crime prevention and criminal justice reform: the revision of the Standard Minimum Rules for the Treatment of Prisoners and the development of model strategies and practical measures for the elimination of violence against children in the field of crime prevention and criminal justice.
74- أثناء الفترة المشمولة بهذا التقرير، دعم المكتب تطوُّرين معياريين مُهمَّين في مجاليْ منع الجريمة وإصلاح نُظُم العدالة الجنائية، هما: تنقيح القواعد النموذجية الدنيا لمعاملة السجناء وصوغ استراتيجيات وتدابير عملية نموذجية للقضاء على العنف ضد الأطفال في سياق منع الجريمة والعدالة الجنائية.

Inter alia, it requested the Secretary-General to transmit the agreed practical measures and strategies to relevant United Nations organizations, including the Commission on the Status of Women and the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women, and invites them to develop strategies and practical measures on the elimination of violence against women within the context of their expertise.
وطلبت اللجنة إلى اﻷمين العام - في جملة أمــور - إحالــة ما اتفق عليه من تدابير عملية واستراتيجيات إلى منظمات اﻷمم المتحدة ذات الصلة، بما في ذلك لجنة مركز المرأة والاتفاقية المتعلقة بالقضاء على جميع أشكال التمييز ضد المرأة، ودعوتها إلى أن تضع، ضمن إطار خبراتها، استراتيجيات وتدابير عملية بشأن القضاء على العنف ضد المرأة.

Urges Member States to consider, to the utmost extent possible, using the Model strategies and practical measures on the Elimination of Violence against Women in the Field of Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice in developing and undertaking strategies and practical measures to eliminate violence against women and in promoting women's equality within the criminal justice system;
1 - يحث الدول الأعضاء على أن تنظر، إلى أقصى مدى ممكن، في استخدام الاستراتيجيات النموذجية والتدابير العملية للقضاء على العنف ضد المرأة في مجال منع الجريمة والعدالة الجنائية() في وضع وتنفيذ استراتيجيات وتدابير عملية للقضاء على العنف ضد المرأة وفي تعزيز مساواة المرأة داخل نظام العدالة الجنائية؛

(a) Urged Member States to consider using the Model strategies and practical measures on the Elimination of Violence against Women in the Field of Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice in developing and undertaking strategies and practical measures to eliminate violence against women and in promoting women's equality within the criminal justice system;
(أ) حثّ الدول الأعضاء على أن تنظر في استخدام الاستراتيجيات والتدابير العملية النموذجية للقضاء على العنف ضد المرأة في مجال منع الجريمة والعدالة الجنائية،() عند وضع وتنفيذ استراتيجيات وتدابير عملية للقضاء على العنف ضد المرأة وعند السعي إلى تحقيق مساواة المرأة في نظام العدالة الجنائية؛

In the same resolution, the General Assembly, inter alia, urged Member States to review and evaluate their legislation and legal principles, procedures, policies and practices relating to criminal matters to ensure that women were treated fairly by the criminal justice system, and to be guided by the Model strategies and practical measures in developing and undertaking strategies and practical measures to eliminate violence against women.
٢ - وفي القرار نفسه ، حثت الجمعية العامة الدول اﻷعضاء ، في جملة أمور ، على أن تستعرض وتقيﱢم تشريعاتها ومبادئها واجراءاتها وسياساتها وممارساتها القانونية المتعلقة بالمسائل الجنائية لضمان معاملة المرأة معاملة منصفة في نظام العدالة الجنائية ، وعلى أن تسترشد بالاستراتيجيات النموذجية والتدابير العملية في وضع وتنفيذ استراتيجيات وتدابير عملية للقضاء على العنف ضد المرأة .
