The Conference of the Parties (COP), by its decision 4/CP.13, paragraph 7, requested Parties to submit to the secretariat, by 15 February 2008, for synthesis and compilation, their views on elements for the terms of reference for the review and assessment of the effectiveness of the implementation of Article 4, paragraphs 1(c) and 5, of the Convention, in accordance with decision 13/CP.3.

The SBI noted the submissions from Parties containing their views on elements for the terms of reference for the review and assessment of the effectiveness of the implementation of Article 4, paragraphs 1(c) and 5, of the Convention, referred to in decision 4/CP.13, paragraph 7, and the synthesis report of those views.

(ﻫ) استعراض وتقييم فعالية التدابير الداخلية لمكافحة الاتجار بالأشخاص، والنظر في إتاحة تلك المعلومات للمقارنة وللبحث في مجال استحداث تدابير أكثر فعالية لمكافحة ذلك الاتجار؛

(h) Reviewing and assessing the effectiveness of domestic measures against trafficking in persons and making relevant information available for comparison and research into the development of more effective measures against such trafficking;
(ح) استعراض وتقييم فعالية التدابير الداخلية لمكافحة الاتجار بالأشخاص وإتاحة المعلومات ذات الصلة لغرضي المقارنة والبحث من أجل وضع تدابير أكثر فعالية لمكافحة ذلك الاتجار؛

(j) Reviewing and assessing the effectiveness of domestic measures against the smuggling of migrants and making that information available for comparison and research into the development of more drastic and effective countermeasures.
(ي) استعراض وتقييم فعالية التدابير الداخلية لمكافحة تهريب المهاجرين وإتاحة تلك المعلومات لغرضي المقارنة والبحث من أجل وضع تدابير مضادة أكثر صرامة وفعالية.
