For each State ratifying, accepting, approving or acceding to the Convention after the date of deposit of the _ instrument of ratification, acceptance or approval, the Convention shall enter into force on the thirtieth day after the deposit by such State of its instrument of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession.

4. For each State depositing its instrument of ratification or accession after the entry into force of this Agreement, it shall enter into force on the thirtieth day following the date of deposit of any such instrument.
4- يبدأ نفاذ هذا الاتفاق بالنسبة إلى الدول التي تكون قد أودعت وثائق تصديقها أو انضمامها بعد بدء نفاذه اعتبارا من اليوم الثلاثين اللاحق لتاريخ إيداع تلك الدول لوثائق التصديق أو الانضمام.

2. An amendment adopted and approved in accordance with paragraph 1 of the present article shall enter into force on the thirtieth day after the number of instruments of acceptance deposited reaches two thirds of the number of States parties at the date of adoption of the amendment.
2 - يبدأ نفاذ كل تعديل اعتمد وحظي بالموافقة وفقا للفقرة 1 من هذه المادة اعتبارا من اليوم الثلاثين التالي للتاريخ الذي يبلغ فيه عدد صكوك القبول المودعة ثلثي عدد الدول الأطراف في تاريخ اعتماد التعديل.

2. The amendment shall enter into force for each State party that deposits its instrument of ratification, acceptance or approval of the amendment on the thirtieth day after the date on which two thirds of the States parties have deposited their instruments of ratification, acceptance or approval with the depositary.
٢ - بالنسبة لكل دولة طرف تودع لدى الوديع صك تصديقها أو موافقتها على التعديل أو إقرارها إياه، يبدأ نفاذ ذلك التعديل اعتبارا من اليوم الثلاثين من تاريخ إيداع ثلثي الدول اﻷطراف صكوك تصديقها أو موافقتها أو إقرارها لدى الوديع.
