The Committee requests the Government to provide the data specifically requested on housing, food, health and education within six months after the adoption of the present concluding observations.
وتطلب اللجنة إلى الحكومة أن تقدم البيانات المطلوبة عن مسائل السكن والصحة والتعليم تحديدا في غضون ستة أشهر من اعتماد هذه الملاحظات الختامية.

190. Following the adoption of the present concluding observations, the Government submitted to the Committee the Survey of the Policy and Law concerning Foreigners in the Federal Republic of Germany which had been requested by members.
١٩٠ - وبعد اعتماد هذه الملاحظات الختامية، قدمت الحكومة للجنة دراسة استقصائية للسياسات والقوانين المتعلقة باﻷجانب في جمهورية ألمانيا الاتحادية طلبها اﻷعضاء.

29- ووفقاً لأحكام الفقرة 1 من المادة 9 من الاتفاقية ولأحكام المادة 65 من نظام اللجنة الداخلي المعدَّل، تطلب اللجنة إلى الدولة الطرف أن توافيها بمعلوماتٍ عن تنفيذها للتوصيات الواردة في الفقرات 12 و14 و15 أعلاه، وذلك في غضون سنةٍ واحدةٍ ابتداءً من تاريخ اعتماد هذه الملاحظات الختامية.

In accordance with article 9, paragraph 1, of the Convention and article 65 of its amended rules of procedure, the Committee requests the State party to provide information, by 15 August 2009 at the latest, on the measures it has taken to implement the recommendations contained in paragraphs 16, 18, 23 and 26 above during the year following the adoption of the present concluding observations.
36- وتطلب اللجنة، عملاً بالفقرة 1 من المادة 9 من الاتفاقية والمادة 65 من نظامها الداخلي المعدل، أن توفر الدولة الطرف، في موعد أقصاه 15 آب/أغسطس 2009، معلومات عن التدابير التي اتخذتها لتنفيذ التوصيات الواردة في الفقرات 16 و18 و23و و26 أعلاه في غضون السنة التي تلي اعتماد هذه الملاحظات الختامية.
