Convinced that a structured programme of activities is essential to the full implementation of the Naples Political Declaration and Global Action Plan,
واقتناعا منه بأن وجود برنامج أنشطة جيد التصميم يعد أمرا أساسيا لتنفيذ اعلان نابولي السياسي وخطة العمل العالمية تنفيذا كاملا،

The desirability of closer cooperation between law enforcement agencies had been expressed in the Naples Political Declaration and Global Action Plan, but it was deemed important to stress that such cooperation would be pursued in accordance with national legislation.

At its seventh session, the Commission established an in-sessional working group on the implementation of the Naples Political Declaration and Global Action Plan, which discussed the draft convention against organized transnational crime.
وقد أنشأت اللجنة في دورتها السابعة فريقا عاملا لما بين الدورات بشأن تنفيذ اعلان نابولي السياسي وخطة العمل العالمية . وناقش الفريق مشروع اتفاقية مكافحة الجريمة المنظمة عبر الوطنية .

“4. Urges Member States to continue making every possible effort to fully implement the Naples Political Declaration and Global Action Plan by taking the most appropriate legislative, regulatory and administrative measures, including those aimed at prevention;
" ٤ - تحث الدول اﻷعضاء على مواصلة بذل قصارى جهودها لتنفيذ اعلان نابولي السياسي وخطة العمل العالمية تنفيذا تاما باتخاذ أنسب التدابير التشريعية والتنظيمية والادارية، بما فيها التدابير الهادفة إلى الوقاية؛

15- وأنشأت اللجنة، في دورتها السابعة، فريقا عاملا أثناء الدورة بشأن تنفيذ اعلان نابولي السياسي وخطة العمل العالمية لمكافحة الجريمة المنظمة عبر الوطنية، وناقش هذا الفريق مشروع اتفاقية مكافحة الجريمة المنظمة عبر الوطنية.

Recalling also its resolution 1995/11 of 24 July 1995 on the implementation of the Naples Political Declaration and Global Action Plan against Organized Transnational Crime,
وإذ يذكر أيضا بقراره ٥٩٩١/١١ المؤرخ ٤٢ تموز/يوليه ٥٩٩١، بشأن تنفيذ اعلان نابولي السياسي وخطة العمل العالمية لمكافحة الجريمة المنظمة عبر الوطنية،

4. Requests the Secretary-General, taking into account work done in other international forums, to assist in the implementation of the Naples Political Declaration and Global Action Plan to meet the needs of Member States for:
٤ - يطلب إلى اﻷمين العام أن يقدم المساعدة، واضعا في اعتباره اﻷعمال التي جرت في محافل دولية أخرى، على تنفيذ اعلان نابولي السياسي وخطة العمل العالمية تلبية لاحتياج الدول اﻷعضاء إلى ما يلي:
