6. Decides that all proposals affecting the schedule of conferences and meetings made at sessions of the General Assembly shall be reviewed by the Committee on Conferences when administrative implications are being considered under the requirements of rule 153 of the rules of procedure of the Assembly.

Moreover, meetings of the Committee may be required in compliance with paragraph 6 of resolution 35/10 A, by which the General Assembly decided that all proposals affecting the schedule of conferences and meetings made at sessions of the Assembly are to be reviewed by the Committee when administrative implications are being considered under the requirements of rule 153 of the rules of procedure of the Assembly.

I am writing in connection with the provisions of paragraph 6 of General Assembly resolution 35/10 A of 3 November 1980, in which the Assembly decided that all proposals relating to the schedule of conferences and meetings made at sessions of the Assembly should be reviewed by the Committee on Conferences when administrative implications were being considered under the requirements of rule 153 of the rules of procedure of the Assembly.
أكتب إليكم بصدد أحكام الفقرة ٦ من قرار الجمعية العامة ٣٥/١٠ ألف المؤرخ ٣ تشرين الثاني/ نوفمبر ١٩٨٠ التي قررت الجمعية فيها أن تستعرض لجنة المؤتمرات جميع ما يقدم في دورات الجمعية العامة من اقتراحات تمس جدول المؤتمرات والاجتماعات، وذلك لدى النظر في اﻵثار اﻹدارية المترتبة عليها بموجب متطلبات المادة ١٥٣ من النظام الداخلي للجمعية.
