In addition to the above, if an alien enters Jordanian territory in a regular manner, the Minister of the Interior may deport him from the country on the basis of a recommendation by the Director of Public Security, in which case he may not return save with special permission from the Minister on the basis of the provisions of articles 4 and 37 of the Act on the Residence and Affairs of Aliens.
وإضافة إلى ما تقدم، وفي حال دخول أي أجنبي إلى الأراضي الأردنية بشكل أصولي يجوز لوزير الداخلية إبعاده من البلاد بناء على تنسيب من مدير الأمن العام ولا يسمح له بالعودة إليها إلا بإذن خاص من الوزير سندا لأحكام المادتين (4 و 37) من قانون الإقامة وشؤون الأجانب.

كما لم تتعرض هذه الأراضي لتهديد عراقي بعمل عسكري حتى وإن كانت موجودة داخل مدى القدرة العسكرية العراقية(23). ويلاحظ الفريق مع ذلك أن هذا لا يمنع من منح التعويض في حالات استثنائية كان يمكن أن تحدث فيها العمليات العسكرية في إسرائيل أو العراق آثارا تمتد إلى الأراضي الأردنية المتاخمة وتلحق الأضرار بها(24).
