On that date, the Commission instructed Ethiopia to remove from Eritrean territory the settlers that it had placed there illegally subsequent to the 13 April 2002 award:
وكانت اللجنة قد أصدرت في هذا التاريخ تعليمات لإثيوبيا بأن ترحل من الأراضي الإريترية المستوطنين الذين وضعتهم هناك على نحو غير مشروع بعد الحكم الصادر في 13 نيسان/أبريل 2002:

Ethiopia never submitted the 30 September report in accordance with the Boundary Commission's instructions; moreover, it never removed the Ethiopian settlers from Eritrean territory as the 17 July Order required.
ولم تقدم إثيوبيا قط التقرير المؤرخ 30 أيلول/سبتمبر وفقا لتعليمات لجنة الحدود، وبالإضافة إلى ذلك، لم ترحل المستوطنين الإثيوبيين من الأراضي الإريترية بموجب الأمر المؤرخ 17 تموز/ يوليه.

Eritrea accordingly urges the Security Council to discharge its responsibilities and take punitive sanctions against Ethiopia until and with the aim of ensuring its total withdrawal from all occupied Eritrean territories.
