The aims and purposes of the Association of Families and Women in Rural Areas (AFAMMER) are to pursue the defence of the rights and equal opportunities for the women living in rural areas.
تتمثل أهداف ومقاصد رابطة الأسرة والمرأة في المناطق الريفية في السعي من أجل الدفاع عن الحقوق وتكافؤ الفرص الخاصة بالمرأة المقيمة في المناطق الريفية.

The Association of Families and Women in Rural Areas, was founded by the current President of the Association in 1982, taking as a basic the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, approved and proclaimed on 10 December 1948, by the General Assembly.
أنشأ رابطة الأسرة والمرأة في المناطق الريفية رئيسها الحالي في عام 1982، استنادا إلى الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان الذي أقرته وأعلنته الجمعية العامة في 10 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1948.

The Association of Families and Women in Rural Areas participated in all the activities indicated in the previous paragraph and in the fifty-fifth session of the Commission on the Status of Women with the priority theme " Access and participation of women and girls to education, training, science and technology, including the promotion of women's equal access to full employment and decent work " , from 22 February to 4 March 2011 in New York.
شاركت رابطة الأسرة والمرأة في المناطق الريفية في جميع الأنشطة المبينة في الفقرة السابقة وفي الدورة الخامسة والخمسين للجنة وضع المرأة، وكان الموضوع الرئيسي هو " حصول النساء والفتيات على التعليم والتدريب والعلم والتكنولوجيا ومشاركتهن في تلك الأمور، بما في ذلك تعزيز حصول النساء على العمالة الكاملة والعمل اللائق على قدم المساواة " ، في الفترة من 22 شباط/فبراير إلى 4 آذار/مارس 2011 في نيويورك.

591. The Committee notes the information received concerning the establishment of the National Commission on Family and Women's Matters in the Office of the President in 1998, as well as the Council on Youth Affairs set up in 2000 as a consultative body within the Government.
591- تلاحظ اللجنة المعلومات الواردة فيما يتعلق بإنشاء اللجنة الوطنية لشؤون الأسرة والمرأة في مكتب رئيس الجمهورية عام 1998، وكذلك المجلس المعني بشؤون الشباب الذي أُنشئ في عام 2000 بوصفه هيئة استشارية داخل الحكومة.

The Asociación de Familias y Mujeres del Medio Rural [Association of Rural Families and Women] stresses the universal importance of the past, present and future role of rural women, and the need to pursue policies that will promote true equality of opportunities and empowerment for women living in rural areas.
