6- تقوم هذه المنظمات الحكومية الدولية، في حالة التصويت على مسائل تدخل ضمن اختصاصها، بالتصويت بعدد من الأصوات مساوٍ لمجموع عدد الأصوات الممنوحة للدول الأعضاء فيها، وفقاً للمادة 10.
