9 - تهيب بالدول الأطراف أن تواصل دعم العمل الذي تضطلع به الأفرقة العاملة المفتوحة العضوية للخبراء الحكوميين الدوليين المعنية باسترداد الأصول واستعراض التنفيذ والمساعدة التقنية من أجل تسهيل تنفيذ اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الفساد تنفيذا كاملا واستعراض هذا التنفيذ، وتؤكد، في هذا الصدد، أهمية اعتماد التشريعات ذات الصلة، تماشيا مع الاتفاقية؛

2. Calls upon States parties to continue to review and, as appropriate, strengthen their relevant legislation, including criminal legislation, and establish as criminal offences the acts covered by the Smuggling of Migrants Protocol and the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime, including by introducing appropriate sanctions commensurate with the nature and gravity of the offence;
2- يطلب إلى الدول الأطراف أن تواصل استعراضَ تشريعاتها ذات الصلة، وتعزيزَها عند الاقتضاء، بما فيها تشريعاتها الجنائية؛ وأن تُجرِّم الأفعال التي يغطيها كلٌّ من بروتوكول مكافحة تهريب المهاجرين واتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الجريمة المنظَّمة عبر الوطنية() باعتبارها جرائم جنائية، وذلك بواسطة عدّة أمور منها استصدار عقوبات ملائمة تتناسب وطبيعة الجرم وجسامته؛

Developed country parties should continue their efforts to support parties undergoing the process of transition to a market economy in the implementation of those conventions.
وعلى البلدان المتقدمة النمو اﻷطراف أن تواصل جهودها لدعم اﻷطراف، التي تمر بعملية انتقال إلى اقتصاد السوق، في تنفيذ هاتين الاتفاقيتين.

7. The Security Council mission also calls on the parties to pursue their efforts towards the full implementation of the commitments they have entered into.
7 - وتدعو بعثة مجلس الأمن جميع الأطراف أن تواصل جهودها في سبيل تحقيق التنفيذ الكامل للالتزامات التي قطعتها على نفسها.
