The SBI expressed its appreciation to those Parties included in Annex II to the Convention that provided additional funds for participation of experts from non-Annex I Parties in in-depth reviews of third national communications and invited other Parties included in Annex II to the Convention to continue this practice;
(د) وأعربت الهيئة الفرعية عن تقديرها للأطراف المدرجة في المرفق الثاني بالاتفاقية التي قدمت أموالاً إضافية من أجل مشاركة خبراء من الأطراف غير المدرجة في المرفق الأول في عمليات الاستعراض المتعمقة للبلاغات الوطنية الثالثة، ودعت الأطراف الأخرى المدرجة في المرفق الثاني بالاتفاقية إلى مواصلة هذه العملية؛

In order to meet the commitments under Article 4.1, 4.3, 4.4, 4.5, 4.8 and 4.9, Parties included in Annex II, and other Parties included in Annex I, that are in a position to do so, should provide funding for developing country Parties, through the following channels:
(ج) للوفاء بالالتزامات التي تقتضيها المواد 4-1 و4-3 و4-4 و4-5 و4-8 و4-9، ينبغي للأطراف المدرجة في المرفق الثاني، وكذلك الأطراف الأخرى المدرجة في المرفق الأول والتي توجد في وضع يسمح لها بذلك، أن توفر التمويل للأطراف من البلدان النامية عن طريق القنوات التالية:

In order to meet the commitments under Articles 4.1, 4.3, 4.4, 4.5, 4.8 and 4.9, Parties included in Annex II, and other Parties included in Annex I that are in a position to do so, should provide funding for developing country Parties, through the following channels:
(ج) للوفاء بالالتزامات التي تقتضيها المواد 4-1 و4-3 و4-4 و4-5 و4-8 و4-9، ينبغي للأطراف المدرجة في المرفق الثاني، وكذلك الأطراف الأخرى المدرجة في المرفق الأول والتي هي في وضع يسمح لها بذلك، أن توفر التمويل للأطراف من البلدان النامية عن طريق القنوات التالية:

The SBI urged other Parties included in Annex I with commitments inscribed in Annex B to the Kyoto Protocol (Annex B Parties) to initiate the operation of their national registries with the ITL as soon as possible during 2008.
وحثت الهيئة الفرعية للتنفيذ الأطراف الأخرى المدرجة في المرفق الأول والمبينة التزاماتها في المرفق باء ببروتوكول كيوتو (الأطراف المدرجة في المرفق باء) على بدء تشغيل سجلاتها الوطنية مع سجل المعاملات الدولي في أقرب وقت ممكن خلال عام 2008.

Emissions from other Annex I Parties as a whole increased by 8.4 per cent.

Additionally, 10 positions were made available for experts from other Annex I Parties.
