The High Contracting Parties and parties to the conflict shall not direct the movement of the civilian population or individual civilians in order to attempt to shield military objectives from attacks or to shield military operations.
ولا يجوز أن توجه الأطراف المتعاقدة السامية والأطراف في النزاع تحركات السكان المدنيين أو الأشخاص المدنيين بقصد محاولة درء الهجمات عن الأهداف العسكرية أو تغطية العمليات العسكرية.

4. In conducting the above activities, the High Contracting Parties and parties to an armed conflict shall take into account international standards, including the International Mine Action Standards.
4- عند الاضطلاع بالأنشطة المذكورة آنفاً، تضع الأطراف المتعاقدة السامية والأطراف في نزاع مسلح في اعتبارها المعايير الدولية، بما فيها المعايير الدولية للأعمال المتعلقة بالألغام.

This Instrument shall apply to ERW on the territory of High Contracting Parties and parties to the conflict.
2- وينطبق هذا الصك على المتفجرات من مخلفات الحرب الموجودة على أرض الأطراف المتعاقدة السامية والأطراف في الصراع.

4- تتحمل الأطراف المتعاقدة السامية والأطراف في نزاع ما المسؤوليات فيما يخصّ المتفجرات من مخلفات الحرب في المناطق الخاضعة لسيطرتها.

High Contracting Parties and parties to a conflict shall bear the responsibilities set out in this article in respect to all explosive remnants of war in territory under their control.
1- تتحمل الأطراف المتعاقدة السامية والأطراف في صراع ما المسؤوليات المبينة في هذه المادة فيما يتعلق بجميع المتفجرات من مخلفات الحرب في الإقليم الخاضع لسيطرتها.

High Contracting Parties and parties to a conflict shall bear the responsibilities set out in this article in respect to all explosive remnants of war in areas under their control.
1- تتحمل الأطراف المتعاقدة السامية والأطراف في صراع المسؤوليات المبيّنة في هذه المادة فيما يتعلق بجميع المتفجرات من مخلفات الحرب في المناطق الخاضعة لسيطرتها.
