وذكر في هذا الصدد، أنه وفقا للعرف المتبع بالنسبة لمؤتمرات نزع السلاح السابقة وما يتصل باللجان التحضيرية، جرى تقاسم التكاليف بين الدول الأعضاء المشاركة في تلك الاجتماعات، على أساس جدول أنصبة أعضاء الأمم المتحدة وحصة كل منهم مع مراعاة عدد الدول الأطراف المشاركة في الاجتماعات.
