C. Response to the request by the Conference of the Parties to the Basel Convention at its seventh meeting
جيم - الاستجابة إلى طلب مؤتمر الأطراف في اتفاقية بازل في اجتماعه السابع

The document was developed in accordance with the decision developed by the Mobile Phone Working Group and adopted by the Conference of the Parties to the Basel Convention at its seventh meeting, decision VII/4.
وقد وضعت الوثيقة طبقاً لمقرر وضعه الفريق العامل المعني بالهواتف النقالة واعتمده مؤتمر الأطراف في اتفاقية بازل في اجتماعه السابع، المقرر 7/4.

5. Invites the Conference of the Parties to the Rotterdam Convention at its third meeting and the Conference of the Parties to the Basel Convention at its eighth meeting to consider the results of the study;
5 - يدعو مؤتمر الأطراف في اتفاقية روتردام في اجتماعه الثالث ومؤتمر الأطراف في اتفاقية بازل في اجتماعه الثامن إلى النظر في نتائج الدراسة؛

The Secretariat also transmitted annex II of the report of the expert group on the work of its second meeting to the appropriate bodies of the Basel Convention through the Secretariat of the Basel Convention in response to a request by the Conference of the Parties to the Basel Convention at its seventh meeting.
وأحالت الأمانة أيضاً المرفق الثاني بتقرير فريق الخبراء عن أعمال اجتماعه الثاني إلى الهيئات ذات الصلة التابعة لاتفاقية بازل من خلال أمانة اتفاقية بازل وذلك استجابة لطلب من مؤتمر الأطراف في اتفاقية بازل في اجتماعه السابع.

5. The recommendation of the Working Group was accepted by the Conference of the Parties to the Basel Convention at its ninth meeting, held in Bali from 23 to 27 June 2008, as reflected in decision IX/10 of the Conference.
5 - وقد قبل مؤتمر الأطراف في اتفاقية بازل في اجتماعه التاسع المعقود في بالي في الفترة من 23 إلى 27 حزيران/يونيه 2008، توصية الفريق العامل، على النحو الوارد في مقرره 9/10.

15. Implement the Nairobi Declaration on the Environmentally Sound Management of Electrical and Electronic Wastes adopted by the Conference of the Parties to the Basel Convention at its eighth meeting, in order to reduce wastes.
15- تنفيذ إعلان نيروبي بشأن الإدارة السليمة بيئياً للنفايات الكهربائية والإلكترونية، الذي اعتمده مؤتمر الأطراف في اتفاقية بازل في اجتماعهم الثامن، للحد من النفايات.

The Conference of the Parties will be informed of the outcome of the discussions of the Conference of the Parties to the Basel Convention at its ninth meeting, once available.
7 - سيحاط مؤتمر الأطراف علماً بنتائج المناقشات التي ستدور في مؤتمر الأطراف في اتفاقية بازل في اجتماعه التاسع عندما تصبح متاحة.

1. Takes note of the decision of the Conference of the Parties to the Basel Convention at its ninth meeting to adopt the recommendation of the ad hoc joint working group on enhancement of coordination and cooperation amongst the Basel, Rotterdam and Stockholm Conventions;
1 - يحيط علماً بمقرر مؤتمر الأطراف في اتفاقية بازل في اجتماعه التاسع باعتماد توصيات الفريق العامل المشترك المخصص المعني بتعزيز التعاون والتنسيق فيما بين اتفاقيات بازل وروتردام واستكهولم؛

At the opening meeting, the composition of the Bureau of the Open-ended Working Group designated by the respective regional groups, as agreed by the Conference of Parties to the Basel Convention at its seventh meeting, will be announced.
