The present rules shall govern the financial administration of the Conference of the Parties to the Rotterdam Convention on the Prior Informed Consent Procedure for Certain Hazardous Chemicals and Pesticides in International Trade, its subsidiary bodies and the Convention secretariat.
1 - يحكم هذا النظام الإدارة المالية لمؤتمر الأطراف في اتفاقية روتردام بشأن تطبيق إجراء الموافقة المسبقة عن علم على مواد كيميائية ومبيدات آفات خطرة معينة متداولة في التجارة الدولية، ولأجهزته الفرعية ولأمانة الاتفاقية.

53. At the same time, the agreements entered into by the Parties to the Rotterdam Convention on the Prior Informed Consent Procedure for Certain Hazardous Chemicals and Pesticides in International Trade would make it necessary to review the services rendered by the Consolidated List with a view to delineating the future publication of the List.

(c) RC-2/6, on enhancing synergies between the secretariats of the chemicals and wastes conventions, adopted by the Conference of the Parties to the Rotterdam Convention on the Prior Informed Consent Procedure for Certain Hazardous Chemicals and Pesticides in International Trade at its second meeting;
(ج) مقرر اتفاقية روتردام - 2/6 بشأن زيادة التوافق النشاطي بين أمانات الاتفاقيات المعنية بالمواد الكيميائية والنفايات الذي اعتمده مؤتمر الأطراف في اتفاقية روتردام بشأن تطبيق إجراء الموافقة المسبقة عن علم على مواد كيميائية ومبيدات آفات معينة خطرة متداولة في التجارة الدولية؛

At its first meeting, in decision RC-1/15 on cooperation with the World Trade Organization (WTO), the Conference of the Parties to the Rotterdam Convention on the Prior Informed Consent Procedure for Certain Hazardous Chemicals and Pesticides in International Trade requested the secretariat in decision RC-1/15, on Cooperation with the World Trade Organization, to take the following actions:

Requests the head of the Secretariat, in the light of decision RC-3/7 of the Conference of the Parties to the Rotterdam Convention, to report to the Conference of the Parties at its fourth meeting on any decision taken by the Parties to the Rotterdam Convention on the use of currencies other than the United States dollar for the budget and accounts of that Convention.
22 - يطلب إلى رئيس الأمانة، في ضوء المقرر " اتفاقية روتردام- 3/7 " الصادر عن مؤتمر الأطراف في اتفاقية روتردام، أن يقدم تقريراً إلى مؤتمر الأطراف في اجتماعه الرابع عن أي مقرر يتخذه مؤتمر الأطراف في اتفاقية روتردام بشأن استخدام عملات أخرى بخلاف دولارات الولايات المتحدة في ميزانية تلك الاتفاقية وحساباتها.

Reference is made to decision VIII/8 adopted by the Conference of the Parties at its eighth meeting, to decision SC-2/15 of the Conference of the Parties of the Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants and to decision RC3/8 of the Conference of the Parties to the Rotterdam Convention on the Prior Informed Consent Procedure for Certain Hazardous Chemicals and Pesticides in International Trade.
