III. Recommendations by the Transitional Committee to the Conference of the Parties at its seventeenth session

The Fund is being designed by a transitional committee, which will present its recommendations for approval by the Conference of the Parties at its seventeenth session in Durban, South Africa, at the end of 2011.
وتتولى تصميم الصندوق لجنة انتقالية، ستقدم توصياتها إلى مؤتمر الأطراف في دورته السابعة عشرة في دوربان، جنوب أفريقيا، في نهاية عام 2011، للموافقة عليه.

On this basis, the Ad Hoc Working Group must continue its work with a view to presenting its results to the Conference of the Parties at its seventeenth session.

Lastly, the presentation provided an overview of decisions adopted by the Conference of the Parties at its seventeenth session in Durban, South Africa, that are relevant to mitigation assessment, such as the biennial update reports, international consultation and analysis, nationally appropriate mitigation actions (NAMAs) and NAMA registry.
وأخيراً، قُدِّمت في العرض نبذة عامة عما اعتمده مؤتمر الأطراف في دورته السابعة عشرة المعقودة في ديربان بجنوب أفريقيا من مقررات لها صلة بتقييم التخفيف، مثل التقارير المحدثة كل سنتين، والمشاورات والتحليلات الدولية، وإجراءات التخفيف الملائمة وطنياً وسجلها.

4. Requests the Subsidiary Body for Implementation at its thirty-sixth session to consider the information submitted by the Global Environment Facility to the Conference of the Parties at its seventeenth session on the implementation of decision 7/CP.7, paragraph 2(a - d);
4- يطلب إلى الهيئة الفرعية للتنفيذ أن تنظر، في دورتها السادسة والثلاثين، في المعلومات المقدمة من مرفق البيئة العالمية إلى مؤتمر الأطراف في دورته السابعة عشرة عن تنفيذ الفقرة 2(أ-د) من المقرر 7/م أ-7؛

Authorizes the Executive Secretary to implement decisions taken by the Conference of the Parties at its seventeenth session for which provisions are not made under the approved budget, using voluntary contributions and resources available under the core budget;
19- يأذن للأمين التنفيذي بتنفيذ المقررات التي يتخذها مؤتمر الأطراف في دورته السابعة عشرة والتي لم تخصص لها اعتمادات في إطار الميزانية المعتمدة، باستخدام التبرعات والموارد المتاحة في إطار الميزانية الأساسية؛

1. Requests the Subsidiary Body for Implementation to continue its consideration of the second comprehensive review of the implementation of the framework for capacity-building in developing countries at its thirty-fourth session on the basis of the draft text contained in the annex to this decision, with a view to preparing a draft decision on the outcome of this review for adoption by the Conference of Parties at its seventeenth session;
1- يطلب إلى الهيئة الفرعية للتنفيذ أن تواصل، في دورتها الرابعة والثلاثين، النظر في الاستعراض الشامل الثاني لتنفيذ إطار بناء القدرات في البلدان النامية استناداً إلى مشروع النص الوارد في مرفق هذا المقرر، بقصد إعداد مشروع مقرر بشأن محصّلة هذا الاستعراض يعتمده مؤتمر الأطراف في دورته السابعة عشرة.
