No judicial action shall be brought against the Corporation by the Contracting States Parties to this Agreement or by any person acting for them or upon whom their rights may devolve.

1. States Parties to this Agreement shall bear international responsibility for national activities on the Moon, whether such activities are carried on by governmental agencies or by non-governmental entities, and for assuring that national activities are carried out in conformity with the provisions set forth in this Agreement.
1- تتحمل الدول الأطراف في هذا الاتفاق مسؤولية دولية عن الأنشطة الوطنية المضطلع بها على القمر سواء اضطلعت بها وكالات حكومية أو كيانات غير حكومية، وعن كفالة أن يجري الاضطلاع بالأنشطة الوطنية وفقا لأحكام هذا الاتفاق.

Australia will continue to resist attempts by some to undermine the significant progress made, and will consider carefully in future the issue of participation in the consultations of States Parties to the Agreement.
وستواصل أستراليا مقاومة محاولات البعض لتقويض التقدم الكبير المحرز في هذا الصدد، وسننظر بعناية في المستقبل في مسألة المشاركة في مشاورات الدول الأطراف في هذا الاتفاق.

No representative of the European Community shall invoke rules 24, 27, 28, 29, 31 and 32 above if those rules have already been invoked on the same matter by any of its States members that are Parties to the Agreement.

Amendments shall enter into force for each State Party to the Agreement accepting the amendments upon their acceptance by a majority of the States Parties to the Agreement and thereafter for each remaining State Party to the Agreement on the date of acceptance by it.
