The States Parties to the present Protocol undertake to publish and disseminate the annual reports of the national preventive mechanisms.
تتعهد الدول الأطراف في هذا البروتوكول بنشر وتوزيع التقارير السنوية الصادرة عن الآليات الوقائية الوطنية.

The States Parties to the present Protocol have agreed as follows:
إن الدول الأطراف في هذا البروتوكول قد اتفقت على ما يلي:

The Conference of Parties serving as the meeting of Parties to this Protocol shall decide on the acceptance of such notification.
ويبت مؤتمر الأطراف عاملاً بوصفه اجتماع الأطراف في هذا البروتوكول في قبول ذلك الإخطار.

The Parties to this Protocol shall make every effort to reach agreement by consensus.
وتبذل الأطراف في هذا البروتوكول قصارى جهدها للتوصل إلى اتفاق بتوافق الآراء.

In order to enable the national preventive mechanisms to fulfil their mandate, the States Parties to the present Protocol undertake to grant them:
لتمكين الآليات الوقائية الوطنية من أداء ولايتها، تتعهد الدول الأطراف في هذا البروتوكول بأن تتيح لها ما يلي:

A Conference of States Parties to the present Protocol may decide, by two-thirds majority, whether it is appropriate to transfer to another body, without excluding any possibility, the competences attributed to the Committee by the present Protocol.
يجوز لمؤتمر الدول الأطراف في هذا البروتوكول أن يقرر، بأغلبية الثلثين، ما إذا كان من المناسب نقل الاختصاصات المسندة إلى اللجنة بموجب هذا البروتوكول إلى هيئة أخرى، دون استثناء أية إمكانية.

The Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to this Protocol shall decide on the acceptance of such notification.
ويبت مؤتمر الأطراف عاملاً بوصفه اجتماع الأطراف في هذا البروتوكول في قبول ذلك الإخطار.

The Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to this Protocol shall initiate the consideration of such commitments at least seven years before the end of the first commitment period referred to in paragraph 1 above.
ويبدأ مؤتمر الأطراف العامل بوصفه اجتماع الأطراف في هذا البروتوكول النظر في هذه الالتزامات قبل نهاية فترة الالتزام الأولى المشار إليها في الفقرة 1 أعلاه بما لا يقل عن سبع سنوات.

1. The Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to this Protocol shall periodically provide for a comprehensive review of this Protocol.
1- يتولى مؤتمر الأطراف العامل بوصفه اجتماع الأطراف في هذا البروتوكول إجراء استعراض دوري شامل لهذا البروتوكول.

2. Based on the review, the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to this Protocol shall take appropriate action.
2- بناء على الاستعراض، يتخذ مؤتمر الأطراف العامل بوصفه اجتماع الأطراف في هذا البروتوكول الإجراءات المناسبة.

9 bis. The Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to this Protocol shall initiate the consideration of further commitments for Annex I Parties sufficiently in advance of any commitment period.
الفقرة 9 مكرراً - يبدأ مؤتمر الأطراف العامل بوصفه اجتماع الأطراف في هذا البروتوكول النظر في الالتزامات الإضافية للأطراف المدرجة في المرفق الأول في موعد يسبق بوقت كاف أي فترة التزام.

In taking decisions on adjustments to paragraph 2 of Article 2, the Parties to this Protocol shall make every effort to reach agreement by consensus.
وعند البت في إدخال تعديلات على الفقرة 2 من المادة 2، تبذل الأطراف في هذا البروتوكول قصارى جهدها للتوصل إلى اتفاق بتوافق الآراء.

The Protocol states that the COP, the supreme body of the Convention, shall serve as the meeting of the Parties to the Protocol (COP/MOP) (see Article 13, paragraph 1).
23- وينص البروتوكول على أن يعمل مؤتمر الأطراف، الذي هو الهيئة العليا للاتفاقية، بوصفه اجتماع الأطراف في هذا البروتوكول (انظر الفقرة 1 من المادة 13).

(i) Recognizing also that States Parties have their respective domestic laws and regulations pertaining to firearms ownership, possession or trade of a wholly domestic character and that States Parties will apply their respective laws and regulations in a manner consistent with this Protocol,
)ط( واذ تدرك أيضا أن للدول اﻷطراف في هذا البروتوكول قوانينها ولوائحها الداخلية الخاصة بشأن امتلاك اﻷسلحة النارية أو حيازتها أو التجارة فيها على نطاق محلي محض، كما تسلّم بأن الدول اﻷطراف ستطبق قوانينها ولوائحها بصورة تتسق مع أحكام هذا البروتوكول،

1. Any State Party to the present Protocol may propose any amendment and file it with the Secretary-General of the United Nations.
١ - يجوز ﻷي دولة من الدول اﻷطراف في هذا البروتوكول اقتراح أي تعديل وتقديمه إلى اﻷمين العام لﻷمم المتحدة.

When the Conference of the Parties serves as the meeting of the Parties to this Protocol, any member of the Bureau of the Conference of the Parties representing a Party to the Convention but, at that time, not a party to this Protocol, shall be replaced by an additional member to be elected by and from amongst the Parties to this Protocol.
٣- عندما يعمل مؤتمر اﻷطراف بوصفه اجتماع اﻷطراف في هذا البروتوكول، يستبدل بأي عضو من أعضاء مكتب مؤتمر اﻷطراف يمثل طرفا في الاتفاقية ولكن لا يكون في الوقت ذاته طرفا في هذا البروتوكول عضو إضافي تنتخبه اﻷطراف في هذا البروتوكول من بينها.
