1. States parties reaffirmed their commitment to the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons.
1 - أكدت الدول الأطراف من جديد التزامها بمعاهدة عدم انتشار الأسلحة النووية.

The Summit welcomed the initiative of Rwanda to withdraw 200 km from the positions declared in the disengagement plan and the parties reaffirmed their commitment to begin and/or proceed with the withdrawals of at least 15 km from their declared positions in conformity with the plan.
ورحب مؤتمر القمة بمبادرة رواندا للانسحاب إلى مسافة 200 كيلومتر من المواقع المعلنة في خطة فض الاشتباك، وأكدت الأطراف من جديد التزامها ببدء و/أو مواصلة عمليات الانسحاب لمسافة 15 كيلومترا على الأقل من مواقعها المعلنة امتثالا للخطة.

21.15 The Non-Aligned States Parties to the Rome Statute of the ICC recalled the Review Conference of the Rome Statute, which was held in Kampala, Uganda, from 31 May to 11 June 2010, at which States parties reaffirmed their commitment to the Rome Statute and adopted amendments to the Statute to define the crime of aggression and to establish conditions under which the Court could exercise jurisdiction with respect to that crime;

32. The States parties reaffirm their commitment to fulfil with determination their obligations under article VI, in particular the nuclear-weapon States, to pursue negotiations in good faith on effective measures relating to cessation of the nuclear arms race at an early date and to nuclear disarmament.
32 - وتؤكد الدول الأطراف من جديد التزامها بالوفاء بكل تصميم بما توجبه عليها المادة السادسة، ولا سيما على الدول الحائزة للأسلحة النووية، وهو أن تعمد إلى التفاوض بنية حسنة بشأن التدابير الفعالة المتصلة بوقف سباق التسلح النووي في وقت مبكر وبنزع السلاح النووي.
