Agrees to establish a process that enables technical assessment of the proposed forest reference emission levels and/or forest reference levels when submitted or updated by Parties in accordance with paragraph 12 above and in accordance with guidance to be developed by the Subsidiary Body for Scientific and Technological Advice at its thirty-sixth session.

To request that TEAP and SAP report their relevant findings taking into account the information received from the Parties according to paragraph 2 and results of the study according to para 3 and report in time for the thirtieth meeting of the Open-ended Working Group for the consideration of the Twenty second Meeting of the Parties in 2010.
